The Frontier Flat

Tub shower drain. Drained very slow so while showering you were standing in your dirty shower water. Not the ideal situation for me. Also the outside building cleaning crew showed up at 6 am and was walking around on our balcony while we were trying to sleep and hitting g the glass patio doors with the hoses and started pressure washing shortly after 6 am. Kind of annoying. I understand people have jobs and work to do but 6am really!

There was a minor glitch in that the keys were not in the lock box upon arrival, but Vacasa responded immediately and sent over a facility mgr who was so kind and helpful in getting us back on track. Thank you for your speedy response!

Nothing! We have stayed in this location four times and have not been disappointed.

Unsafe and poor communication.

The property location was great beside the entrance to get in the building is in a stinky trash alley.

Location , space , cleanness , balcony

The enter code to get to property did not work on arrival , so was the key box code. We call owner but it still took good 45 minutes to resolve the problem .He provided us with new enter code to building but we still were not able to get the key from the key box. An hour later , or so , the technician came over : the problem was that there was not information provided that reset button should pressed. When all , after more than 2 hours were solved , we ( 3 of us ) got locked out on the balcony as the door lock in living room malfunction . With the phones inside the room , we could not call owner or Vacasa , so we called peoples from the street for help. We gave them code to the building so they were able to get inside the unit. They could not unlock this door from inside but unlocked the one in bedroom . We called owner and ask to repair lock in living room , what was not done during our stay. Big portion of the afternoon , on the arrival day , was wasted and in my opinion we should get some reimbursement for .

Loved the location!

Living room furniture needs updating. Uncomfortable and dinged up. Couldn't find a can opener.

Roomy and clean. Location is exceptional!!! Walked everywhere. Near Mallory Square. To Friends the restaurant was great for breakfast. Close to the marina and many seafood restaurants! Balcony was a great people watching area.

The couch is done and needs to be replaced!!! The king size bed is 2 small mattress put together and are uneven. The bed seems short and I am onmy 5'10" tall. I got use to it.. They need some ice cube trays too.

Location was good. Comfortable apartment. Nice to have a washer and dryer.

Street noise. Would’ve loved to have black out drapes. We arrived and only had a 3/4 roll of toilet paper.

The entry was odd. Floor needed to be swept when we got here otherwise fine. Sofa was not comfortable
