OMG Wonderful”
I transferred to this hotel from a god-awful hotel across the street, and I couldn't be happier. First off, the room was breathtaking, I had the best view in all of Sapa!. Just as important, the girl at the front desk was happy to help answer my countless questions throughout my stay, and her inside info was invaluable! Seriously, it felt like everyone in Sapa was out to rip me off except the staff at this hotel. My Sapa experience wouldn't be as enjoyable if I ddin't stay here!

Lovely hotel - mountain view is worth the extra”
We really enjoyed our stay in Sapa, we decided to book the room with a mountain view and it was definitely worth the extra cost as the view was breathtaking! The room was spacious, clean and comfort. The wifi at the hotel was good outside of peak hours, if there was to many people using the wifi it became slow. We like the location of the hotel, close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint about our stay which actually has nothing to do with the hotel itself was the construction sights around the area. Works would start as early as 5:30 am on some days and it was so very load that it almost ruined our trip. The hotel did provide us with ear plugs upon check in and warned us of the construction but unfortunately it did put a damper on our stay even though they did all they could, a real shame. The construction is still in its early stages and I would expect it will continue for months to come. No bad word towards the hotel itself but feel other travels should be warned as it did cause problems for us.

Great place!”
It was an excellent place to stay; everything was great. the room was clean, it had all we needed. The view is truly stunning and it is located in the best street in Sapa. The only downside was building works just outside the hotel. It was going on until 10pm and started as early as 5am. It caused a lot of dust in our beautiful balcony so we couldn't enjoy the stunning views and unfortunately we didn't have much sleep. If you are a tight sleeper it might be ok. And again, it is nothing to do with hotel and I am sure that the works are temporary so eventually it will be over. I still give them 5 stars and thumbs up!

we stayed here for 10 nights,the hotel is in a great location. we stayed in the mountain view room and it was big, clean and comfortable. the view was great. there is construction everywhere in sapa at the moment so expect it to be noisy. breakfast was good, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. would strongly recommend

Luong Thuy Family Guesthouse is very nice! Our mountain view was truly amazing, there were 2 king sized beds in our room, a wardrobe, a coffee table, a sofa, a kettle and a hairdryer. The bathroom was clean and had hot shower. We had a problem with a heater but it was resolved 10 minutes after we reported it which was awesome! Wifi signal was very good and enough for music and video streaming (we were on the second floor). Receptionists are very helpful with trek planning and booking tickets. Breakfast is $3 if it's not included in your deal. Car taxi from the bus station to the hotel at 3am costed us 60K which is not bad (and we didn't bargain). Also they left us the key at the reception so we can get in our room at night which was very convenient (you need to contact them in advance to arrange that, I used Agoda app to do it). Overall I'd definitely recommend this place!

Hotel with a stunning view and nice staff”
The hotel has really friendly staff. They literally helped us with everything. We would really recommend you to book a room with a view. This room has a better bed and bathroom than the standard room. We also booked a tour at the hotel which was well organized. We could rent a motorbike for a reasonable price.

i stay in this hotel allmost two week in drom.it is so cheap and have breakfast buffet.everyday i wake up about 7am just want to enjoy the breakfast.i can not image this low price has ready nice breakfast..they have free coffee and tea all day. the staff sososo nice.they let me feel home.they change the stuff everyday.it is sososo clean. i travel in Vietnam about one month already.this hotel is my best love. thank you so much for everything.

Friendly staffs and Nice view”
First thing i love about this hotel is the staffs which are very helpful and attentive to our requests and their ability to converse in English. Secondly, it is very clean. Third, the mountainous view from balcony is rewarding (provided the weather is clear). They also provide motorbike rental at a affordable rate. However, the roads towards the hotel is kinda narrow and pathetic with lots of potholes, therefore it is quite challenging to walk there if you are having luggage, better call a UBER/cab.

A nice but noisy guesthouse ”
We spend 2 nights in this guesthouse. The staff is really good in English and one of them speaks French. It is very clean and breakfast is ok. The only problem was the nose... actually a huge hotel is under construction just in front of the guesthouse and they stop working at 11pm and start a 6am... Moreover, walls between rooms are very thin...

Good points: - My room has a really good view. - Price is reasonable - Included breakfast Minus points: - That night, I returned to the hotel after going out but I couldn't use the normal way (Cau May street) to come back since the street was blocked for a night market maybe. So I had to find a long way to com back.

Really really loud”
I can sleep through almost anything. So when I say this room was loud, tht really says something. The construction/traffic right on the street was super loud and you could hear it right through your room but also any time any room near you used the shower (including your own) it made the loudest screeching noise. It was horrible. Took me so long to go to sleep. But if you do stay there are "stunning views" hints the other name tht this place goes by. It's beautiful! Staff were nice. Didn't try the brekkie. I think it was 30k extra since I got the room for so cheap

If you want to do something, you can ask for them.They can respond to your requests. unfortunately, it was raining every day while our stays. Extremely disappointed”
We booked the hotel for its price, location, and the photos with "stunning" views they claimed on Agoda. Lots of things they promised were not provided in the room, especially the heater was not provided and it was important because Sapa can be very cold at night. We booked the room with a balcony towards the city, they call it "city view", and there was no city view. Opposite the hotel was a construction dump-site with lots of construction+domestic waste, and because the hotel is located at a slope, it is impossible to see the city scape beyond the rubbish dump. We dare not open the door and window as it was extremely noisy and dusty even with the openings closed. We almost requested to upgrade our room to a "mountain view" but view towards the mountain ain't great either. At the windows, if you look directly below is another dump site, and nearby was another construction site making noise and dust. Only a little part of the great terracing mountain could be seen. If you are still reading on to be convinced otherwise, other minor things like hot water was not hot enough, water pressure was weak, and lights were dim...enough said. Go waste your money and experience it for yourself if you like!

pro: nice view con: we rent the motorbike for a day at 130k (which is 30k more expensive). we didn't use much of the motorbike and just went to cat cat village and come back. after I come back, the lady request me to pay another 20k for the petrol which she didn't mention earlier. it's a rip off. we check out the next day and went to stay at Happy Sapa Hotel. The hotel we pay 230k dong and it's right at the centre of the town.
