I have stayed at the Grand Dame hotel thrice and it's always a very pleasant experience. Its location is excellent. It's very near the La Paz market and Gaisano mall, and other malls are just a few minutes away. The hotel is clean and quiet. The staff are courteous and helpful. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING. Really, really good choices. Especially the club sandwich. Staff are amazing as well. Front desk ladies are always, always courteous and friendly. Guards are very welcoming. I don't have anything negative to say. It was a fantastic 3-night stay. Will recommend this hotel to others who might need to stay in Iloilo.

I've been visiting Iloilo for more than a decade already. And each time that I went to La Paz Market for a bowl of batchoy or a cup of coffee at Madge Cafe, I would always tell to myself: one day, I'd stay in this hotel. So, in my recent trip to the City of Love, I chose The Grand Dame Hotel over other hotels in the city My primary considerations were: proximity to the places that I'd be going to, and value for money. Of course, getting my wish granted. And I was not disappointed. Upon arriving at the hotel early morning of Saturday, I was taking my chances if I can check in early. And I was so grateful that they allowed me to! Kudos to the hotel manager! The room was spacious, clean, and had overlooking view of the city and of Guimaras Island. So, when I woke up the following morning, I was greeted by the morning sun. Overall, I had a great stay in this hotel. Should I be going back to Iloilo, I would choose to stay here.

The staff is very approachable. The place is shining clean. The location is very accessible. There’s free drinking water everyday. You can borrow for free the iron and the ironing board. Everything is great about this place.

Stayed here with my family. Very friendly staff and the room is decent. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I just didn’t like the lighting of the room, the lights are too dim. No bidet inside the restroom also. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and will definitely come back again.

The hotel is at the center of the places we would like to go and visit. Surrounded by mall and local restaurants. The room is clean and well maintained. The room rate is just average but the room and its facilities are still very nice, aesthetically beautiful, and complete. A good place to rest after a long journey of travel. All of the hotel personnel are very accommodating and friendly. It seems they love their work and the hotel itself. I will definitely recommend this hotel for those who would like to enjoy the beauty of Iloilo.

We had a great experience at Iloilo and at our stay at Grand Dame Hotel. Staff are very accommodating during our stay. The hotel also has great service. There are only two things I didn't like, there are no bidet in all of there rooms, and I thought they will offer a buffet for breakfast but according to them the dining hall is not yet open to public. Other than that, we can recommend this place to friends or relatives.

So helpful and friendly staff. Very clean rooms with laundry service. They even helped me with finding a taxi during rush hour which can be a headache 😅 and after checkout they were so kind that i could leave my lugage at the reception for a while since my flight got delayed. I recommend this hotel 100% maybe 2 minus points. 1 they were working on the street next to it so its not reamly their fault and 2 the balcony doors were locked so we couldnt go on the balcony
