Not bad”

Was ok here its a bit out of town but we had a bike so all good. Breakfast was a bit odd toast and condensed milk and apple puree. Wouldn't call it a resort but anyway lamphun is nice. Not too busy and still an old traditional feel about it.

The hotel is trying to be a resort. It isn't. Though the grounds are very pretty and maintained this hotel is hurt by the fact that the local government has decided to tear up the road in front and so getting into the place is difficult and sort of an accident waiting to happen. On to of that is the fact that the rooms... bungalows really... need decorating. But they are clean. The only issue I had was that I had to change rooms after about an hour as there was the usual smell coming form the bathroom drains (Tip: I usually carry a small 711 sized bottle of bleach with me for just these occasions). The web pics look nice... but pictures do not always show you what you are actually getting. But as I said the chief downside to this hotel and its problems is the road works going on at the usual Thai pace... slow and without any real logic. So do not write this place off your list.. just grin and bare it... as the hotel is cheap and besides why anyone would want to spent any more that 2 nights in this city is beyond me,... and I have lived in Thailand for 7 years now.

Lovely location but overpriced and not four-star!”

Erm there's no way this place is four-star. It's in a beautiful location but doesn't really seem set up to receive guests. For example, the rooms have balconies overlooking the river but no chairs on them, which sort of ruins the point. The restaurant shuts at 6. None of the staff in the restaurant speaks English and there are no menus, so when I went for breakfast the girls just giggled and ran away although I tried to ask them a question in Thai. Eventually they googled a picture of fried rice and just made me that (and it was fine). The water in the shower couldn't hold consistent pressure or temperature and at one point the water just totally cut off. They were doing all kinds of building work so there was hammering and drilling the whole time. On the plus side there's free bike hire, which you need because it's 3kms out of town. Overall it's just not worth 900 baht a night - I was pretty annoyed because this place is listed on agoda with four stars and I thought I'd be getting something a lot better quality for that price.

This was a beautiful place to stay, it was quiet and peaceful and the staff were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Location is quite far from center, room is not clean especially bathroom. Do not expect for breakfast, better find other places to eat. Not worth for money.

4 Sterne??? Niemals...”

Die Nacht im Grandjamjuree hat mir gar nicht gefallen. Die Betten und Kissen waren steinhart, der Raumstandard hat höchstens 3 Sterne verdient und das Hotel liegt mitten in der Pampa. Weit und breit ist nichts. Wir mussten ein ganzes Stück fahren, um etwas zu essen zu finden. Die Geckos waren überall an den Decken und leider auch nicht aus dem Zimmer geholt. Die Nacht war ein ganz schönes Abenteuer. Wohl gefühlt hab ich micht nicht, aber von 18 € kann man anscheinend auch nicht viel erwarten.

ランプンという駅前にはタクシーは一切なし。バイクタクシーのみ。 駅からははなれているので、予め送迎は頼んでおいた方がよい。 　ホテルのスタッフは皆とても感じがよく笑顔が素敵だった。

บรรยากาศเงียบสงบดีห้องพักใหญ่เตียงนอนสบาย แต่ควรเพิ่มสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้อง เพราะในห้องมีให้แค่น้ำเปล่า ครีมอาบน้ำแบกดๆ ผ้าเช็ดตัว2ผืน(ไม่มีผ้าผืนเล็กสำหนับเช็ดหน้า) แค่นั้น ส่วนอาหารเช้ามีแต่ข้าวผัด ไข่ดาว ข้าวต้ม ขนมปังกาแฟ ถ้าใครพักหลายคืนก็จะได้กินแต่อาหารเดิมๆ ปริมาณมากน้อยแล้วแต่แขกที่จะมาพัก ถ้าปรับปรุงเรื่องของต่างๆในห้องพักที่มีเหมือนโรงแรมอื่นๆ และเรื่องอาหารเช้าจะดีมากและดึงดูดคนมาพักได้มาก

ถ้าจะไปอีกก็เป็นตัวเลือกแรกๆที่จะพิจารณา”

บรรยากาศดี ไม่ไกลจากเมือง แต่ต้องมีรถจึงจะสะดวก ในห้องพักถือว่าโอเค ลูกๆชอบ แต่ควรเพิ่มเติมพวกอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวก เช่น กาต้มน้ำ ไมโครเวฟ ชั้นสำหรับวางของ เป็นต้น
