    Comfortable stay in a great location ”

    The hotel is right smack in a bustling area of Victoria, with the train station and underground just round the corner, and also near the coach station should you have any tours. The room is a decently sized one, with most amenities catered to. Beds are comfortable for a good nights rest. They do have some slowness to getting your room refreshed each day as there are 2-3(?) teams doing the room, but trust that it gets done. It is a big hotel after all!

    Beautiful hotel in a perfect location”

    Lovely historic hotel with lots of charm. Great location for sightseeing and close to Victoria station with the underground nearby to get to where you need to go. Friendly and professional staff and nothing too much trouble.

    Our stay was fantastic. The Clermont Hotel is a beautiful older building with grand open atrium and ornate features. With Victoria Station just around the corner reaching other parts of London was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms pleasant. We would definitely stay again when in London,

    very nice”

    People were friendly, breakfast was nice and the room was clean but the shower booth was hard to get in also I couldn't get an uber right in front of the hotel(I had to get all my luggages and cross the street to get in) other than that it was really nice to stay

    Good option for central London”

    The hotel is easy to find because it's located on a main road but it was calm inside the hotel. Staff were courteous and professional. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Hotel appeared clean. High ceilings and wide corridors. Good breakfast buffet. Currently offering a complimentary drink at the bar for guests.

    Perfect find”

    Great location ”

    Great location and beautiful building. The only thing I found not great is the very small bathroom. I had to climb into the bath to have a shower and nearly feel on two separate occasions when trying to get out of the bath. I nearly slipped.

    Booked 1 night here but wished that we have booked more. The service was excellent and the hotel staff was very friendly. Will choose here again if we were to travel to London again

    Great location, right next to Victoria station. Room is tiny compared to others, especially the toilet. Friendly staff and good breakfast.
