        Lovely restort facing mountains and trees”

        Very helpful staff at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Lovely meals with fresh and tasty ingredients of local produce. Onsen was slightly scary - insolated on basement and sound of gentle bells when water got into the pool; water temperature at the wash area wasn't consistent, was totally cold for a night.

        Love the dinner and Breakfast”

        Excellent service, very clean room. Toilet and shower separate. As the Onsen water a bit milky color and the floor in the pool very slippery with sulphur algae. Dinner and breakfast there was wonderful.

        Okay for Hiker and nature fans ”

        Please be aware, that the is no restaurant after 5pm for dinner. You have to drive at least 30min. Fantastic view from rooms on the 3rd floor to Mount Aso.

        不錯的酒店”

        因為要去九重滑雪公園, 所以選擇了這間酒店, 距離滑雪場只有20分鐘車程, 酒店職員個個都好好, 不過英文溝通確實是有點難度, 酒店房間十分大, 我住當晚, 好像沒有其他客人, 只有我們用餐及浸溫泉, 食物質素很好, 一定要預早訂早餐及晚餐, 因為酒店附近真的沒有其他餐廳, 到離開那時, 才發現被芯有好大的污蹟, 所以有點扣分

        服務一流,員工非常貼心”

        早餐和晚餐味道一流，訂房一定要選包早晚餐，酒店員工非常有禮，非常關心客人，又主動幫忙致電到滑雪場查詢和向的士司機溝通，有安排職員驚車接送酒店至竹田站，房間很大又整潔，又有露天溫泉，令我想下次再到這酒店入住而到那裡旅行。

        쿠쥬산 등반에 최적 숙소”

        쿠쥬고원이 접근성도 좋은 것은 아니고 선택할수 있는 숙속가 한정되어 있어 그중에 선택한 호텔 규모는 작은 편이고 석식은 특히 지극히 평범한 미각을 가진 사람들에게는 힘든 일정이 될수도 있을것 같습니다. 아동 식사에 대한 배려는 없으며, 조식중 일본식은 그나마 평이한 수준입니다. 온천에 규모도 작고 비용대비 모든면에서 부속함이 많이 느껴지는 것같지만 별이 쏟아지는 쿠쥬고원에서의 숙박 기회를 갖고 싶다면 최선의 선택지, 직원분들에 친절도는 말할 필요는 없지만 기본적인 영어로 소통하시려면 상대방의 말을 주의 깊게 들어 주셔야 합니다.

        풍경, 조용한 주변환경, 룸 상태, 조식, 온천, 직원들의 친절함 등 모든 면에서 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 체크아웃할 때, guernsey farm 에서 이용할 수 있는 아이스크림 쿠폰이 정말 좋았습니다. 그 쿠폰이 아니었다면 멋진 Farm을 가보지 못하고 올 뻔 했습니다. 쿠폰을 챙겨주셔서 감사합니다.

        標準日式旅館服務，飯店附近風景很好，泡湯品質高。”

        房間數不多總共15間，服務人員親切，房間超級大，晚上可以泡大眾室內湯或付費1000日圓擁有私人室外湯，早上就可以免費泡室外湯，這邊的溫泉是本次旅遊所有飯店首選，真心覺得勝過由布院。
