Nice place to stay near Narita airport”
Nice place to stay near Narita airport, about 15-20 minutes with bus. And yes, they have shuttle bus from/to Narita airport, free for clients. Room was clean, good looking and not so small as we thought before come in :) Next time we will stay here for a long time, want to see Narita as is :) and yeah, there is "just around the corner" two restaurants who work till night.

convenient hotel”
There is a free shuttle bus from the airport, once an hour I think, and the stop changes from am to pm so check at the information office for the current info. Walking distance to several restaurants and the Narita stations as well as the temple so perfect location. Pajamas were in the room. Our room had a nice view. Excellent breakfast buffet, so many options, don't miss it. The only negative was the wifi in the room was so spotty I couldn't download maps of Narita and Tokyo I wanted before I left.

Perfect choice for Narira”
So happy I chose this hotel. They provide an airport shuttle, room is so spacious and clean, near Narita Inrl Airport. Close to Aeon Mall and restaurants. Will definitely come back again.

Fun Sight Seeing”
The Hotel itself felt welcoming once entering. The Staff would answer any questions you had whether be in Japanese or English. The cafe served abundant of selective food for breakfast and lunch. The rooms are always clean and the staff work hard to everyday to make every neat and comfortable as possible. There are good areas to visit around the hotel for tourist and restaurants to eat when the time comes. Overall, this will be the place again for me next visit before going home :)

Good for 1 night ”
Stayed here for a night since it’s near Narita airport and the hotel has free shuttle to and from the airport. The room is remarkably bigger than most 3 star hotels in Japan. It has the biggest room I have ever stayed in Japan. They have wider selection for breakfast (buffet). No complimentary bottled water for guests, no bath sponge provided. We couldn’t watch anything on TV because it seemed like we had to pay for anything on it. All rooms only have either 2 single beds or 3 single beds as per hotel reception. They have no double/queen bed for couples. Breakfast is only from 6:30am to 8:30am.

The room was good! Wished the shower were slightly bigger but it was a solo room, pretty understandable. Only stayed for a night so wasn't sure about food options there but there were a lot of vending machines so there's that.

Free airport Shuttle but time is limited if you taking a afternoon flight next day , you will need to take the 10am Shuttle and arrive airport super early, nearby has aeon mall and ramen.

Almost perfect without cocktoaches”
Room is spacious for solo traveler and AC and bathroom is excellent. WiFi speed is bit slow and stressful sometimes.but it s OK for my work. One thing I add to make better is cockroaches. I saw and killed cockroaches many time in the bathroom. I guessed they live there for long. Maybe I was bad luck with the room.

Good Experiances”
Overall hotel facilities is good. There is microwave, vending machine and laundry machine near reception area. Staff is quite friendly and speak English very well. Breakfast quality is also good. Also, free shuttle bas provided from-to narita airport every 30mins. Very convenient for a short stay for flight transit.

It was a good stay”
We stayed here thinking we would have difficulty going to the airport the next day (but it proved to be unnecessary because we have the Access Narita which makes going to the airport less costly and fast). To prevent everyone from getting lost getting to the hotel - you can go to the Airport first via Access Narita to Terminal 1. There is a shuttle boss at bus stop 16 from Airport to hotel so dont fret but do check the timing. Room was okay. It was a bit dim due to lack of lights and the walls are thin so we can hear the couple doing their stuff at the other room. We stayed here during the height of the covid19 scare so the we didnt have the buffet breakfast so if that is the case for you, skip the breakfast as there are other options around and the hotel is near Aeon mall.

Good location near Airport”
The room and facilities around the hotel is well maintained. Free transfer to Hotel and from hotel to Airport was punctual and the driver was cautious with his driving. Breakfast served was well spread with local and western food.

Good Room, Great Breakfast, moderate shuttle”
The room is small, but in Japan standards roomy. The bed was very nice as were the pillows. The location was a short walk from train and room was quiet. The breakfast was buffet style with fresh fish and eggs and salads and milk and juice. It was very good and I enjoyed it. The shuttle was nice until you realized it drops you off at terminal 2 only and not terminal 3 like you ask. This caused a delay and we had to recover. That would be the only bad thing I say about the hotel.

Great staffs ! ”
The staff was friendly where I was able to check-in 30mins prior to 14:00 check in time as I never been treated so well before during my business trip in Japan. He also lent me the LAN cable when I encountered laptop not able to connect wireless internet. Hotel located near to supermarket Aeon where u can have meal and groceries shopping before head home back to ur country. 15 mins travel time to terminal airport with free shuttle coach provided. This is great u could save $$ if u were on ur personal free & easy tour . Will back to this hotel again if going for next Japan trip.

Very good”
Convenient place to stay overnight before or after a flight out of Narita. Offers a fantastic breakfast, and a free shuttle to/from the airport. Rooms were spacious, which was good for last-minute luggage repacking. The shuttle doesn't leave as often as some other places, so we ended up at the airport very very early. As we arrived quite late, we were given a smoking room. I only ever book non-smoking rooms,, but my documents didn't specify whether the booked room was smoking or non-smoking, and we were told it was all they had. It wasn't bad, but I could definitely smell it in the bedding when I went to sleep, and that left me feeling terribly congested and gross the next morning. Regardless, it's a solid choice when flying out of or arriving to Narita.
