Staff, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast. I must commend that the staff were all very pleasant and well trained in going the extra mile to provide a very pleasant interaction and stay at the hotel. · Location was further away from the main food and shopping bustle on the other side of the bridge. However, grabcar rides are easy to book via the app and very affordable thus their location helped in having a great view and minimal traffic noise. Would have been good to have more or better timings for the shuttle bus to hoi an, as I stayed in danang to be able to get to Bana hills Sunworld theme park and the only timing of 3.30pm for the bus would have made the theme park visit much too rushed. Would like to make a suggestion to the hotel and staff to provide some suggestions on places to eat /drink /get massage /shop to make an excellent stay perfect.

Wonderful location for vacation in My Khe beach - Danang!”
The Herriott hotel is beautiful designed and decorated room as on the picture very natural and with love designed room, very close to MyKhe beach within 5mins walk. We could use the swimming pool without any additional cost. All staffs were very kind and always answerd our questions imediatly. I definitely would recomend this hotel. I stayed for one night with my friends and loved everything of this place - very quiet. The mattress is comfortable we could sleep very well. One more speacial thing is buffet breakfast - very delicious. Hope to come back again. Thank you again for everything.

The location of the hotel is near the lovely beach. The superior twin room we booked was not big but very comfortable and clean. The beds are super comfortable which cured the fatigue of travel. Service provided by the staff was great. They answered our questions with great patience and were very helpful. The breakfast served by hotel was greater than expected and was an early access to the local food. · First of all, the soundproofing could be better for a 3-star hotel. However, the beds are so comfortable that speed up falling asleep. Secondly, the swimming pool on the top floor is too tiny.

i am glad to have chosen this hotel. Comfortable bed, clean room, no insects, nice breakfast, .... and most important friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is also a few minutes walk to the beach, so we can enjoy the ocean under the sun. My little suggestion is that the hotel can borrow towels at the front desk for guests to bring to the beach (though you can buy a poor quality but very expensive one at the beach). For a small hotel like Herriott, it is and will continue to be the people that bring returning guests instead of its hardware. The hotel owner should be glad to have a team of excellent staff.

The most vabluable asset of this hotel is staff, they are indeed competent, all of other staff as well, marvelous. Always welcomed when returned to the hotel from outside and so kind, Breakfast has varieties, from Pho, Cau Lau, Bread, small cake, sticky rice, fried noodles, many kinds of dishes, and fruits. Truly enjoyed them. Location is good as well, can walk to the Bridge, Market, Church easily. (convenience store "Vinmart" is just around the corner. Room is so clean and comfortable. Cost performance is more then expected.

Nice view of the beach from the room. The room was small, but clean. The restaurant at the hotel was a very good option when hungry. The food was good and the prices to. Walking distance to the beach, to other restaurants and shopping options. We used their service to get a private car to drive us to Ba Na Hills to see the Sunworld park and the golden brigde. We had checked options in advance, and was very pleased when the hotel had offers to this activities that was cheaper than the ones we had found.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good and the bath was good and clean.They gave us a lot of information on how to go to Hoi Ann / other tourist sites. For the money we paid the service was good. And in great location to see the dragon bridge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is on a budget but want quality. The Double bed was 2 single bed joint together, not what you want when you are with your partner.

Bed was comfortable, AC worked, room was clean and the view was just the wall of the building a few feet away, but again you get what you pay for, for the price I can't gripe about anything, it served me well as I ran out of money at the end of my trip. Staff were accomodating when I asked for anything, almost left without my passport and the girl from reception ran down the street after me lol, can't ask for better service. Scooter rental was available on receptionist, and you're within walking distance of tons of great bars.

My room we got was very clean and spacious, great customer service, their breakfast buffet and restaurant service were fantastic, many dishes selections, nice rooftop bar and has a swimming pool, great for city views, only 5 mins walking distance to nearby restaurants and beach. Motorbike rental is avail but has to fill up own gas. We enjoyed very much and will definitely come back again and highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel !

The staff members were very nice and provided us great service. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. The roof top pool was very nice. The place is walking distance to the beaches, short taxi ride to the city and the airport. To Hoi An was half an hour away. The room was a sea view room and I was able to see, if I get close to the window, the beach.

We got very early check in and it was so great, they did everything to accommodate us as soon as possible. Nice clean room, big comfortable bed, you have all the amenities in the room. Location is great, very short walk to the beach, they quickly arranged motorbike rental for us, overall receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Suite was spacious and clean, equipped with basic amenities and comfortable beds. The only downside was the noise from the main road (honks especially by buses woke me up at 6am as I am a light sleeper). The location of the hotel is very good. Within walking distance to the market, tailor and massage shops. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes along the main road.

This hotel is in a great location and has helpful and friendly staff!This hotel met all our needs for our travel to Da Nang. The staff was incredibly friendly and super helpful in arranging cars to visit local sites. The rooms are cozy and well cleaned. The hotel is also walking distance to the beach ( 5 -7 mins).

Good location, close to the beach and also near the Dragon Bridge and other attractions of Da Nang. The staff were helpful, especially with helping with our bags. I really liked the rooms at this place - they were clean and had a luxurious air to them. The breakfast was decent. There was a great view outside my window and a huge floor to ceiling view!

A comfortable and clean room, worth the price It was a comfortable and big room and it was clean. There was a kettle and table and chairs in the room so you could have tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean and had everything you need. The coffee at breakfast was good and it was quite a good deal for the price I think.

We had a great time here. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they told us about fun things to do in the city and helped with booking our train and some local activities. The room is clean and exactly as pictured. The hotel breakfast is really great. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Bedding/pillow are very soft and comfortable. Room is very clean. Staff is very attentive to details. Some do speak English making easier to converse. Do use the hotel's transportation if you want to make day trip to nearby attractions. The price is very reasonable for a small group and you can make it as a personalized tour for yourself.
