          I had the whole house for myself but because of that, the service was terrible”

          I booked one night post COVID and so my group was the only guests in the house. When we arrived, we had to call the owner to come and unlock the door (and waited 10 minutes under the sun). When a person from the guesthouse came and showed us the house, he didn't know which room we were gonna stay and had to call back to the owner to ask (apparently, not sufficient details were given to him). When he left, he told us the PIN for the lock and it took us a long time and multiple calls to the owner to be able to unlock (seemed that the lock was unused for a long time and so it was difficult to open). Then when we came in and took a little nap, we found out that the beds were unused for a long time and so things got a bit itchy. I called the owner and asked her to change the bed sets. She understood the situation and agreed to change right away, She sent someone in while we were out for dinner. The person did not have the key to unlock the room and so I agreed that the person could just leave the bed sets outside the room and I would change myself when I got back after dinner. When I got back after dinner, one of the two sets had the wrong size and so was too small to fit the mattress. I was too tired to complain again. The basin in the room was stuck with something too but luckily as we had the house for ourselves, we used those in the shared bathroom, The next morning, I moved out and found another hotel with ocean view for and costed only 25% more. Would never come back to this. The owner sounded supportive on call and chats but not enough care is given to those working on the ground and so the guest experience was just very bad

          Don’t let the shared Bathrooms scare you!”

          I booked this without knowing it was shared bathroom but, this place feels so inviting and comfortable I had no issue. The staff is friendly and they keep it CLEAN.

          열앜합니다”

          처으메 쳌인하려코했는데 사람이 앉와서 한시간끼다렸습니다. 들어갔는데 싸찐이 너무좋게 나왔었어요. 계단옆에방이고 화장씰은 한깨입니다. 콘센트는 많은거 장쩜이며 청소는 잘 되어있지만 낚후된 너무 오래뙤고 날갓습니다. 돈 더 찌불하고 따른데 가세요

          Phòng ốc còn mới và rất sạch sẽ. Các bạn quản lý thân thiện, không gian trẻ trung. Địa điểm ở trung tâm nên rất thuận tiện đi ăn uống trong thành phố.
