Away from Mall Road but memorable stay ”
Huge room, double sofa sets in addition to double bed, courteous staff, delicious breakfast, super clean , small distance from Mall Road but closer up other scenic sites. Overall very good stay. Would recommend to everyone and will come back again

Nice and well maintained Property..!!”
It’s really nicely managed and value for money. We travelled during peak season and fortunately got two room set. Very clean rooms and toilets. This is very old property more than 100 years and still it’s well maintained. It was nice stay but less options in breakfast.

Wonderful, charming place to stay”
I absolutely loved staying at the Hive Cottage. It is an exceptionally pretty property, placed a little distance away from the clamour of Nainital's main roads. The amount I was charged for the room was totally worth it and the staff were very nice as well. I plan to return here at some point in the future. Highly recommended if you value peace and natural beauty!

Great location and nice hospitality”
Location is great and little away from hustle bustle. 5 min taxi drive for Rs.200 while coming back from Nainital lake. Inhouse food is homely and kumaoni food is also available on demand. Just park your car here and 10 minutes walk to the lake is also enjoyable. Parking is a mess down there near lake.

Everything good except location. 2km from city. Even with own vehicle difficult to commute. Walking uphill is tedious. Rest all good food , staff , rooms , beauty.

Rates are very very high I think Agoda charges very high rates on there app if i go direct in hotel the hotel price is only rs 1500.00 + taxes and I pay 3000 h+ taxes,

The accommodation is more of the kind of old made guest house. No wardrobe in room, no complimentary water bottles. Breakfast (included) had very limited options. Old frame beds, no view from room. Better hotels shall be available at the same rate.

No cancellation policy ”
I got throat infection on the date of my checkin. I called up the hotel manager (Anish) 8 hours before the check-in time, he simply refused to accept the cancellation. I told him to shift my booking by a day or move it to next week for same days, he denied that as well. Think twice before booking this hotel as they are very stringent with their cancellation policy.

a bit difficult to locate especially when you reach in the night (we reached at around 1900 hrs). Don't rely on the number given in the confirmation form, better google it or search in just dial. Apart from this glitch, everything is perfect... the location, the view, the hospitality, the cleanliness... felt a little costly but totally worth staying there.

Very nice resort on top of hill away from buzzing sound and crowd. Away from mall road... u have to pay for taxi charges. Breakfast is super. Staff is very courteous. Excellent place for quite stay
