Excellent ”

My short stay at the Homey was great! The room is bigger than it looks in the photos and is immaculate. It has a great view as well. The young woman at reception was not only friendly but she went out of her way to assist me in getting transportation to Dalat when the company I had originally booked canceled on me. She took care of everything and I am grateful to her. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend The Homey.

Quaint gem of a hotel”

Originally booked for 4 nights, stayed for 9! Great deluxe balcony rooms with fridge, kettle, bathroom amenities. TV with 3 English channels. Clean, safe, family run 10 room hotel in a great location off the main drag. Close to amazing restaurants which Emily suggested. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to solo travellers & couples. I stayed in room 1, double room with balcony & photos reflect accurately. Check this place out if you’re looking for a value for money cozy hotel.

- Good location - 5 mins to Back Beach, you will find yourself in the centre of everything - eats, convenience store, beach... - The lady at the hotel can speak excellent English and extremely supportive. She showed us around, asked what we need and provided great tips for our trip. - About the room, great value for money. Bigger than expected, very clean and well maintained. I love the balcony which grants excellent view onto the surroundings. Thanks for everything. We are sure coming back at some point Steve and Helen.

Great family hotel”

A small family run hotel. The rooms on the front overlook a fairly busy street with a nasty rooster across the way, bring earplugs! Balcony deluxe rooms have a fridge & kettle & balcony. Stay on 5th floor for a lovely view of the pond & temple. 20 min walk to Back Beach & 22 min walk to Front Beach. Emily, the niece, speaks perfect English, super accommodating & gave us names of all her family’s fave restaurants in the neighbourhood! Beds are ok, pillows good, good hot water shower. I would recommend this as value for money & stay here again! We had 4 days booked in Vung Tau & stayed 9 days, with an upgrade to the top 2 floors - with the view. Vung Tau gets super busy on weekends, Saigon folks come by the bus & carload for weekends at the beach. Plan accordingly.
