Tiny rooms, no lift, no staff grossly over priced”
The room was minute, even by London standards. Twin room with children's beds in them. They have no lift and no porter so if you have a lot of luggage you have a problem. The room were grossly overpriced. I have used agoda for over 5years and by some distance this was the worst value hotel I have stayed in.

Staff members were very helpful. It was also close to a few major sightseeing places. There were nice cafes and a good supermarket, and good eatery places. It was also very close from the station.

Small but nice hotel”
I like this hotel because its location is great. Close to underground and the atmosphere outside is nice. Food is excellent! But rooms are quite small.

Convenient to Kings X”
Main problem is that it is quite hard to find! Unless you know to go down Judd Street until you come to it. Other problem is that it has no reception - you have to go to "sister hotel - The Judd to check in. Overall, good value for money.

Good location but no elevator”
It was in quite clean and quiet area near King's Cross and Russell Square. Room was clean , but washroom was too small, so it was really difficalt to take a shower. There's no elevator so I had to take my carrier to top floor of my room. It was really hard.

Not worth the value of money ”
The shower facility is so out-dated with no hot water available!! The bathroom is small. Walking in the room feels like the woody floor can be broken at any time. I would feel better if there's no TV in the room rather than having that 14-inch TV back to the 70's!! No lift in the hotel, and please don't dream about any bellman services would be provided!! There are quite a plenty of other choices in the same cartwright garden, with same location, but much better facilities, services and much LOWER prices! Can't imagine this hotel is rated as "3-star" .........Totally not a worth of money!!!

Dingy hotel that was too expensive for the quality”
While the size of our room was nice, it was not well kept and in need of renovation. The worst part about this hotel was that for our "double bed" they simply put two twin beds together..which is not only uncomfortable for two people to sleep on together but very cheap and disappointing. For the price we paid it was definitely not worth it.

Good location in a quiet area.”
We stayed for 3 nights in a ground floor room. The room was ok size, the bathroom small but ok. The staff was very nice and helpful, and they served a very good breakfast. The location was perfect, close to all the things we wanted to see. The hotel was situated in a very quiet area, which was nice. In the night you didnt hear any noice from outside. All in all, a ok hotel for the price, not luxury but all you need is there.

Great Location but the rooms are not great at all”
We all know that London can be expensive, the only good thing about this hotel is the 5 minute walk to Kings Cross underground. As for the rooms, very sub standard and just looks old because it is old , to the point that the floor cracks when walking on it. Howver the staff are very nice. If you dont mind small rooms then go for it

We booked at the last minute and we were very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The staff on the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The room in the basement was large enough for us, the shower was excellent. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and self service. We were offered more coffee and toast. Coming from Cambridge to Kings Cross it was also very convenient and we could walk to the West End in a few minutes. We had a great four day break in London. Four days made easy because they would look after our bags on the day we left at no extra charge.

Geweldige uniek locatie, kleine gedateerde kamers”
Bij aankomst vriendelijk ontvangen. Onze kamer bleek "overhit" te zijn door een defecte verwarming. We kregen direct een andere ruimere kamer, waar wij erg blij mee waren.Deze kamer was nl. erg klein met oude bedden. Kamers zijn schoon, inrchting gedateerd en badkamer en wc klein, maar dat zou voor Londen gewoon zijn. Een min punt: Bedden zijn verouderden liggen slecht. Ontbijt typisch Engels, in een kleine eenvoudige sobere ruimte in de kelder geserveerd. Alles wordt weer goed gemaakt door attent en uitermate vriendelijk personeel.

キングスクロス駅、ユーストン駅の近くで、列車を利用するなら好立地です。 部屋は非常に狭かったですが、緑に面していて静かで、清潔で湯沸しポットやテレビ、無料のWiFiなど必要十分な設備がありました。レセプション、朝食を取る食堂は道を挟んだCrescent Hotelにありました。スタッフは親切で、プラグのアダプターを貸してくれたり、五輪期間中の町の状況を分かる範囲で教えてくれたりしました。

酒店位置尚可，房間大小都ok，不過toilet超細，根本不可能在洗水間內活動。 酒店沒有電梯，有大件行理會非常辛苦。早餐及前台都在對面酒店。

房间不是一般的小，地下室窗子封掉的，有空调，当然空气不好。卫生间是斜的，层高有低，太压抑，整体感觉不好，完全不值这个价。

Trångt rum med enkel standard”
Jag hade bokat rum via internet för en person för flera dagar men måste omboka p g av ändrade planer. Det var mycket krångligt! Trots att jag bokat för en person fick jag dubbelsäng med en extra säng som gjorde rummet mycket trångt. Badrummet var en liten kabin som byggts in i själva rummet. Rummet kändes mycket primitivt. För att koka vatten måste jag hämta vatten i duschen och sen ansluta kokaren från golvet. Receptionen till hotellet ligger i angränsande hotell där också frukosten serveras. Personalen där var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam men det kan inte hjälpas - Jag kan inte rekommendera det här hotellet till det pris jag betalade.
