Small bed & dirty room & Waste of money…”

Bed to small if you are tall because it ends up with the wall… Asked for a new room which was denied… Couldn’t sleep well at all… Dark window so that you couldn’t look outside… Room really dirty & especially the bathroom…not cleaned for days… Noisy Bar & restaurant closed Information not in English… Staff declined to keep the luggage… Staff not friendly and helpful! Waste of time and money!

However, as the size of a single room (12㎡) was not comfortable for you, we arranged a twin room (2 beds, 18㎡) with a better view at no extra charge. Nonetheless, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. We apologize that we did not make you satisfied with housekeeping, and we will surely improve the part that you have mentioned. For luggage storage, we handle the guests’ luggage for free of charge until 12:00 a.m. on the day you check out. If the guests would like to keep the luggage for several days after checking out, although 1day / 500 yen will be cost, we storage the luggage. Location”

It takes 12 minutes to walk from any transportation station. The room is clean and quiet. The best part of this hotel is the rooftop where you could see the Skytree ! There is pajamas prepared for visitors!

Great for the location”

Hotel has a very upscale and modern look. It is easy to tell that it was recently built. The design and cleanliness make it seem that way. The check in process was smooth. The room is small but standard for Tokyo. The room was clean and the furniture was well chosen. The top of the hotel has a rooftop terrace, with a nice view of Sensou-ji not too far away. Sensou-ji is easily accessible from the hotel on foot. The two nearest major train station are a bit of a difficult walk away, but still achievable for most people. Overall this is a nice budget-friendly choice to stay in Asakusa.

Cozy hotel with everything ”

The hotel is cozy and well equipped. Location is really convenient. You are able to access to the roof top and see the sky tree and also the the golden turd. Staff were extremely helpful as my daughter needed to seek medical attention on Christmas Day. They assisted me to contact the hospital and directed where I should go. The next day when I’m checking out, despite its a different front desk staff, they showed care and concern for my daughter. It’s really warm my heart.

Nice environment ”

Nice place nice staff, self check in system. Housekeeping can speak mandarin so it is good to communicate. The place is a little bit far from the station. But there are many shop nearby like DONKI food restaurants. It is a nice place

The hotel is in good location, close to MRT stations. The staff is good and helpful. The room is good and clean. Overall is very good. I will stay here again when I visit Japan in the future

Quite far from the station”

You have to walk about 10 minutes to Ginza Line and about 15 minutes to Asakusa Line. So if you have heavy luggage and plan to walk from the station to the hotel, think twice.

Nice hotel closed to many restaurants and attractions ”

The hotel is located closed to Senjo Ji and many nice restaurants in Asakusa. The staffs are amazing and very helpful. The rooms tiny as most of Japanese hotel but there are clean and functional. Only inconvenience is the distance to subway. You need to walk 15 mins to get to Asakusa station (either Ginza or Asakusa line). I definitely will recommend this hotel.
