Warm welcome from the staff with comfortable room!”

A warm welcome from the staff with the quick check-in process, so that we can get the room within 5 minutes. A lift provided in the hotel offers the convenience and comfort for me. Also, the rooms are with doubled doors and windows, which give me a quiet environment to rest. The room is with well designed, clean and have big windows. Moreover, the location is easy accessed with public transportation, also its very close to either the shopping center Westfield white city or Kensington High Street, where both you can have nice restaurants and go shopping. I will book it again when visiting London next time. Excellent experience!

Fantastic - these are apartment studios and nearly the first time I've ever spent in one of these. Kensington Studios is now on my list of much check availability/cost as they don't disappoint in any way

the property had good reviews overall and the price was very competative - we had a clean and comfortable compact room with comfy bed, power shower and basic kitchen equipment - large Tesco 10 mins walk to get supplies with various tube station options available - very helpful staff especially when I got the safe code wrong and needed assistance - sorted very promptly - one thing to remember is the nearest tube is Kensington Olympia which only operates overground when there is nothing on at Olympia - not as frequent as most underground - not a problem if you plan your tube times

Very good stay here. Just needed accomodation for 3 nights whilst attending a seminar at Olympia, so only needed somewhere to sleep. For this it is ideal.The building is freshly decorated and spotlessly clean and our room was spacious and comfortable as well as being thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was small but very nice with an excellent shower. The kitchen in the cupboard was great for making breakfast, hot drinks etc. We ate out but everything was there to cook if preferred and there were 3 supermarkets within a few minutes walk.The road is busy so there was traffic noise till late at night but I only noticed it on the first night. I would stay here again for the value and location and standard of cleanliness. Thank you

Good location but...”

10 mins walk from station Shepherd's Bush. But quite difficult if having luggage. Quiet and safe residential area. Not recommend for families with small children and elders. Tesco supermarket is in walking distance. Not easy to find twin apartment in London. Basis kitchenette allowed to make simple dishes. However, serious drainage problem in both sink and bathtub. Immediate action taken but getting worse after then...otherwise this hotel is perfect!

Excellent stay”

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel accommodated to our request for early check in and upon check out we could leave our luggage in their store room. The room itself was warm and clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette was ample for us to prepare simple food. Location wise its about 8 mins walk to Westfield and Shepherd’s Bush tube station.

lovely hotel, amazing service and room”

Stayed for a night, everything needed was included. Was a good sized room and pretty. The people I spoke to were extremely polite and helpful, would definately recommend it.

Confront able but noisy”

Comfortable but a little noisy as the room overlooked a busy street. The room temperature was too hot , air conditioning did not work and there was a lack of fresh air in the room because the windows were locked. Friendly staff except for a lady running the reception area at nearby contact point. She was incredibly rude unhelpful and dogmatic in her style of customer service . This was my final contact with staff at the hotel, it made checkout a very unpleasant experience and my final impression was extremely negative.

Great rooms”

This hotel was extremely clean and modern, and well situated, however, note that it doesn't have any facilities other than rooms - if you want to eat or have a drink you have to go out.

Expensive, noisy and cramped”

Very disappointed in this place. Room was far too hot, extremely noisy all night and tiny. Almost impossible to access the kitchen in a cupboard. Our room was not serviced on a couple of days and linen not changed at all for an 8 night stay. Expected much more for the price. We will not be back or recommend.

It is a good place to stay. The area is quiet resident area with less traffic, which you can rest peacefully.

location is good, but not related to metro station, and check in point is not mention when i was booked the studio.

Maintenance might be an issue in the future”

The room itself was clean. If I had been travelling with someone else then the floor would have been an issue, it was very pooly fitted and creaked loudly when walked over. Also, one of the window locks was broken and the safe was locked, with the staff unable to open it. Would I stay there again? Possibly.

Place too small n clueless nightshift staff”

1. Place was too small to accommodate 4 pax. 2. Room was swapped without prior notice. 3. Placed a cash deposit but upon checked out, took almost half hour to do refund citing unable to locate the cash! 4. Asked for a wine opener, recep was unsure n could not help all evening !

Excellent, however as its on main road, it's quite noisy, should use double glaze glass.

Nice, comfortable room but poor customer service”

I was very disappointed with the check-in service. There seemed to be know efficient staff. For those who travel far, all you want is to relax in your room - it took 1 hour to check in!
