The beautiful place has friendly staff, and they’re conducive. You can rend motorbike in here at a suitable price. Next to the hotel is a very beautiful Korean-style milk tea shop for you to take pictures. They also provide a short tour with nice price with a good service. We use 2 tours (Ky Co Eo Gio & Cu Lao Xanh), which are so beautiful; you should try them.

This was a great experience all around. The staff was very very friendly and the building and rooms were very nice and new. Nice Vietnamese breakfast. One quirk was a bar next door singing extremely loud karaoke until pretty late, but it is what it is. Can’t fault the hotel for some people having a good time.

Kila's staff are nice. Room is new and smart arranged. Balcony is really nice. Breakfast is a bit plain. About 7 mins walk to the beach, in the center so good access to restaurants and minimarkets. Overall great experience. Would highly recommend.

Nice hotel with an amazing open space design. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We was amazed by the coffee shop next door, amazing design with good coffee. There only some minor things that if they can improve it would be wonderful for them: the breakfast buffet is quite limited with only a few dishes, the surrounding area is surrounded by construction site so it quite noisy in the early morning.

Mình đã ở Kila 3 đêm và mình rất thích phòng ốc và các bạn nhân viên tại đây. Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi và thêm điểm cộng nữa là phòng nào cũng có ban công view hồ bơi khá lớn nha. Các bạn có thể ra ngoài ngồi chill buổi sáng sớm hoặc chiều muộn rất thích luôn. Do nằm ngay vị trí trung tâm nên mún đi ăn uống đâu cũng gần nữa. So với các khách sạn khác tại trung tâm thì mình thấy giá phòng của Kila khá là rẻ luôn đó, đi 5’ là ra tới biển, ks thì có sẵn hồ bơi. Đợt mình đi đúng dịp dịch nên hầu hết các chỗ tham quan du lịch đều đóng cửa. Các bạn nhân viên đã rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ lên lịch trình cho mình để mình có chuyến đi trọn vẹn nhất. Nếu có cơ hội quay lại Quy Nhơn mình nhất định vẫn sẽ chọn Kila 😘

The rooms are clean. Nice balcony are for people watching. The hotel is centrally located, though takes 5 mins to walk to the beach. Staff is quite attentive. Breakfast food is good with various choices.

Not as good as the rates shows”
No welcome drink, the staff is friendly but not professional. The bed sheet is old and and can find some dust. Quite disappointed with this price. The breakfast do not have much choices. No other facility, The swimming pool is very small and can not use in the first few days of my trip. Even for children, it is small too and may be cannot use. This may be just to help this hotel have the view. No 2nd book ever.

Overall, good hotel near the beach. Room was pleasant and breakfast was okay for being complimentary. Pool seemed more for decoration - didn’t see anyone use it. Next door is the best little coffee shop in Vietnam (hari hari!) The billiards hall next door is also a great place to have kill some time and shoot pool. Assuming it’s slow season and this little town hosts more tourists in the future, The Kila is a nice little hotel to see the town in a couple days.
