Excellent hotel in the best location in Sapporo. 1 minute (or less) walk to Tanuki Koji and literally above the susukino train station. Our rate was very good due to the pandemic. I do not know the rate during normal times.

Beautiful and fashionable. Convenient and great value. Really enjoyed my stay. Beautifully appointed rooms. Access directly to Pole Town, meaning you have complete access to the sights of Sapporo without having to step outside. Wish I could have stayed longer.

The location couldn’t be better. The hotel was very modern and clean. We were a little disappointed with the small room. There wasn’t much room to store stuff. Moreover, the room was extremely dry and the windows don’t open.

The lobby looks very nice, room is comfortable and had the best view. Staff are friendly. LOCATION, this hotel has the best location from all the hotels I have stayed in Sapporo, it s near the restaurants and fast food, mega Donki is just in opposite road, and yes, the hotel is connected to the subway, which is very convenient. The not so good. They dont provide drinking water to my 3 days stay in the property. I was informed that the first night was a GIft DRINK (normal drinking water) . A gift must be more special than a drinking water, a fresh flavored water or mocktail perhaps would be nicer. Plus, the toiletries are literally in front of the reception, which is a bit uncomfortable and hassle specially when front desk is having a queue. Maybe they can put it in another place that is bothersome to the reception. But over-all, i still recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They brought our bags up to our rooms, once it was ready, before we actually checked in (we left them with the front desk to wander around the city before checkin time). The location was extremely convenient (just a couple minutes wall to the local train), however the room was not as clean as we would have hoped. There were several stains on the carpets, as well as on the toilet seat. Overall, I'd recommend, as we likely just had an "off" experience, and I'm sure it is not the norm.

Great room but with a surprise!”
We were happy to try one of the new hotels in the city where we normally stay 3-4 nights a month. This new hotel is generally clean, staff are friendly and has a nice design. We loved our deluxe corner view suite with the view. We did have one surprise that left us stunned. When we turned down to go to bed we noticed a condom wrapper on the floor next to the bed left from a previous guest... it did make us question how clean our room actually was especially during a pandemic! That said we would go back to give them another chance as the location and room itself as well as the staff were nice.

2nd time. Returning guest. No consistency ”
Location is still the best asset of this hotel. My first visit was a good one since they given me a room according to my request ( nice view from the room). However, getting toiletries from reception and no drinking water supply from my 3 days stay was no good. On my 2nd stay, it was just a one night stay, expecting that they should have known me already since I am a returning guest, unfortunately, that s not the case, i just felt i did not get a warm greeting. Plus, they gave me a room that is overlooking nothing. I let it pass since I am tired and i just wanted to rest. When checking out, I asked if I can leave my backpack first, but reception said, i cannot leave my bag today, which is very disappointing. Whatever their reason is, still, simple SOP must implemented no matter what. CONSISTENCY IN GOOD SERVICE IS LACKING.

This hotel locates in a very convenient location in the downtown and the staffs are friendly with excellent service. The welcome desserts are delicious. However, given the convenient location, the hotel doesn't provide any parking space but the staff are willing to share nearby parking information with their customers.
