I enjoyed Lagoona! Great amenities, great Pool, amazing hospitality, they even have me a Cake for my Anniversary ❣️. Rooms have Tubs and Shower plus beds very comfortable. View was excellent on higher floors , food was ok. Could be better but it's nice. I would recommend taking both breakfast as well as dinner options with rooms as a La Carte is expensive. Very friendly management & courteous Staff . All in All great property lavish Decor and Superb place to stay!

Amazing resort, exceptional service”
The resort is really beautiful, located close to all the major tourist spots, and has a really helpful staff. The pool was open and they provided separate towels and lockers as well. Parking facility is also available and the lawn is big enough for events.

The furnishing and hygiene, was awesome. Balcony with perfect nature's view, comfortable chairs, tea table, work table, everything was well placed for all needs. The staff was punctual and prompt; food was tasty and reasonably priced. I had booked an executive room and expected a little larger space.

A well spent weekend at Lagoona”
Not very far after entering Lonavala. Gatekeepers keep the property safe, rooms are spacious and neat. Food is good, the property keeps you engaged with activities such as magic shows, fishing, TT, carrom etc; swimming pool is large and suitable for both children and adults, the manager and staff at Patio were forthcoming, friendly and professional.

Value for money, very good resort ”
Rooms are spacious along with patio. Have big parking space, two open grounds for Marraige functions can hold a capacity of more than 1200+. Play garden for kids, game zone for adults and kids too. Good management and service is quick and fast.

Wonderful & Secure stay ”
We stayed for two nights in a Deluxe room. There was temperature and Oxygen level check at entry. All staff wear mask and gloves all the time. The rooms are clean. Thers are time slots for breakfast. Decent variety of food for breakfast. The resort has a nice garden and lovely entrance. Not too far from the main market if you have you own car. Very quite and peaceful. Highly recommended.

It is Good property if you want a get away for a weekend. Good Pool good breakfast and food options. Only 2 things that bothered us was, The in room Food delivery service was very very slow. Second thing was when we had stepped out our room was cleaned without informing us when all our stuffs and bags were open in the room, When we checked in no 1 informed us and DND feature.

The place is a bit far from the Lonavala main road, but that's what gives it access to scenic mountain views. The place is big, beautiful, and clean. The staff was polite, humble, and helpful, and I would like to mention Robin from the reception was a gentleman, who made sure that our stay was memorable.
