Right at the centre of Tutong town. 15-30minutes drive from Bandar Seri Begawan. Shops, supermarket, restaurants, sport complex, beach nearby the hotel. It was very comfortable and peaceful at night during my stay. SkyPool area view is so dope! Definitely a recommended hotel to stay. Cheers!

The only hotel in Tutong district surrounded by small shops/supermarket, few restaurants, bakery, chinese kopitiam with a view of Tutong river. A decent cinema, cafe, restaurants, camping gear shop, small skatepark, sports complex, fast foods, pizza hut available nearby the hotel area within 3-5mins drive. Workshops for repairing/modify car parts also in this town. Nightlife in Tutong town is so peaceful and quiet. shops operating hour 8am/9am - 7pm/9pm while restautants operate from 9am/10am-9pm/10pm. BIBD/BAIDURI local ATM's is also available nearby.(visa/mastercard) Hotel have various type of room that is spacious. TV's connected to youtube, Netflix channel, etc. I like a room with a balcony, spacious living room connected to a small kitchen space, cool looking bathroom and bedroom with comfy large bed. closet have their hangers and safety box. Feel like I wasn’t in Brunei”
We stayed there for 1 night at Junior Suite and the experience was superb! The ambience of the hotel reminded me of Bali..However, there was no pipe water in the toilet (we stayed at Junior Suite) which apparently inconvenient especially for my conservative parents. The glass windows were not being cleaned and somehow it spoiled the outside view. The breakfast was delicious, only that we have limited choice given. All in all, we are planning to stay there next time! 😊 You should give it a try and support our local hotel🙏🏻

It was a great stay at the lanes hotel. We were staying at the Deluxe Suite which is complete with a kitchen and a balcony. Dont forget the washing machine also. The price was really affordable. Everything is walking distance only. The only problem is the parking. Hard to find the parking during the peak time.

The only hotel in Tutong district ”
My stay was peaceful and relax. For me it would be better if the hotel offer a relaxation spa massage centre. Located at the centre of Tutong town surrounded by minimart, bakery, restaurants, supermarkets, fast food, cinema, local ATM's, hospital and so on. 20-30minutes drive from Bandar seri Begawan. Local beach is 5minutes away from the town. Nightlife in Tutong is just the same as in the city (more or less). Busy in the morning, quiet and peaceful at early night. In-house entertainment of the hotel are by having an awesome top view pool which they call is the "skypool", fitness centre, a pool table in the dine in restaurant, conference room, etc.. My only concern is just as always.., the WiFi.. it is not too slow. It is very, very and very slow. Other than that, the facilities are awesome and the views from the balcony. Hope you guys will enjoy to stay at the place too.

I feel so satisfied, inside the hotel room was clean and spacious, strategic place with nice view and the price also affordable. Our room was upgraded from twin bedroom to deluxe room with good facilities in the room like kitchenette, fridge, kettle, microwave oven and washing machine. The few downside is no provided carpark, the moldy unused cooking utilities, small range of breakfast to be choosen and the toilet need a little changes, perhaps just an ordinary rainfall shower head instead (the bath tubs in our room was a bit hazard and inconvenient for the elderly person and family with small kids). The rest was almost perfect and will stay here again in nearest future.

Stayed at the lanes , check in around 3pm, break awhile then went out and walk to the tutong gerai to buy some food, just walking hehe and then play and swimming. Free gym 24/7. Also breakfast was good! Enjoy my stay here and def will come back in the next future!

Ac2ly,i m booking for 2 rooms to stay for A NITE(Superior Twin & Superior Queen). I had called the hotel earlier 1ce my Booked rooms done asked whether they had a CONNECTING DOOR to connect those our 2 rooms,they said NO.so,then i just asked those 2 rooms to be side by side since one of those room just for my Elderly kids staying in & to enhance my little 2 kids easily going in & out of their elder brothers to minggle. So,that time they said to be granted my requests. Un4tunately,during chekin those request cannot be fullfilled due to FULL HOUSE reason.luckily the nice receptionist named as MUIS/Z Very politely in handling my situation that leads to the perfect solution in locating our BOOKED rooms. We r very much thankful & appreciated him. (Big 2 Thumbs 👍🏻👍🏻 Up for u bro) Secondly,this hotel seems like TOTALLY NO WARNNING on charging for the Extra charges such as LATE CHECK OUT,JUST be very careful & alert at least SHARPLY checking out by 12pm. Coz,we NORMALLY stayed in ANY hotels regardless in BRUNEI or outside,the receptionist from the front desk counter will give a call before 12pm or by early 12pm asking whether to continue or checking out by the day.BUT this hotel receptionist will ONLY call to inform we've been charged for the LATE CHECK OUT.so sad lah..so,i asked to talk to their manager on this matter for the consideration to waive the charge. Luckily,don't know whether the man(as i'd asked to talked to the manger) who called us back after a while told me that NO EXTRA CHARGED to us ONLY till by 1pm to check out.. Also very much thankful to him for the consideration. BUT pls indicate or HIGHLIGHT that CHECK OUT time by 12.01pm will be charged extra charge.so that the customers will really alert n get aware to check out in time.
