Great stay”
I had a great experience at this hotel. Not only were the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was also very comfortable, pretty, and clean. The housekeeping also did a great job during the stay to keep it clean. The room had plenty of amenities, including a Smart TV which helped make the stay fun. Thank you to the staff for their hard work!

Great location and friendly staff”
Stayed here right after the end of quarantine hotel at this location, so I was able to see the transition from it going back to regular hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious (in asia standard), and more importantly, the service was good. There was a few hiccups but it was fixed by the staff immediately. This was also a baby friendly hotel, they provided a crib (looks super comfy and baby loved it) as well as some amenity for baby and also a very cute stuffy for her! Thank you Langham for a pleasant stay, hoping to return in the near future.

It was a great stay for 1 night at town. We stayed at 2 connecting rooms which was great for 3 of us. We arrived in quite late but Johnathan came up to help us brightly at the reception. Ane when we have got question and problem he made it clear and treated kindly all of it. We were happy about that and apprecited him what he did to us. Exceptional”
Langham Hong Kong Hotel is close to Tsim Sha Tsui metro station which is directly across the road. It is also within walking distance to the star ferry terminal where you can choose to take the ferry across to Central and get to see the iconic skyscrapers of Hong Kong! Harbour City mall where most of the luxury brands like Chanel, Hermes, LV etc are is situated just behind the hotel. I would definitely say the location is superb! Above all, our stay is made pleasant by the friendly and approachable staff. Would definitely be back on subsequent trips.

I booked for my boyfriend's birthday celebration and the lobby staff greeted us with a lovely birthday gift. Later when we arrived the room, a delicious chocolate cake was delivered to our room. The room itself is spacious and the bathtub is nice. All things are clean and tidy. Lovely stay!

I spent three nights in The Langham for quarantine. I have to say I am impressed by the cleanliness of the room - it’s spotless - I see no dust in the room, not even behind the TV (i brought my HDMI wire so i know). All in all, I enjoyed my stay here.

What a great place! I've been staying regularly in HK hotels for perhaps a decade and never quite got round to this one. It is brilliant. Great location and a really wonderful package. The icing on the cake are the wonderful staff in particular Agnes and her delightful colleague in the dapper pin stripe.
