Mother's Day Staycation”
The hotel is clean with friendly staff. The view is extremely good in the morning and at night. They also offer other activities like wall climbing and Basket Ball/Badminton Court. The place is also Kid friendly as there's 2 kiddie pool with slide. The rooms are big with complete toiletries. The restaurants are also a good plus, they provide good food without being too expensive, just enough for the quality and quantity of the food. Lastly, a big plus for us is that they allowed us to arrive earlier than the check in time. We arrived around 11am even though our check in time is at 3pm. You can just leave your things to them while you can already enjoy their amenities, and they will just inform you once your room is ready.

We definitely had a good time in Timberland. Nice location, affordable, refreshing, clean, the bed is really comfy and the staff are all nice, friendly, and accommodating. They also answer my queries via email before our check in date. However, there are only few choices in their food menu, also, they have announced their Chinese feast for Feb 1, but, come lunch time, the chef is not yet ready. The worst part of it was, we woke up very early to get my mom, ate, and daughter back in QC to have the Chinese feast together. We already hoped for Chinese food in this nice hotel! But all in all, I would still recommend Timberland and would definitely be back 😊

The resort has the perfect view of the Metro. Yummy food, nice and clean room plus courteous staff will make one book a staycation again. We love the free room upgrade given to us (also the complimentary slice of cake & card for our anniversary). The front desk even assisted us in booking our ride home. Best view for night swimming and chillin but not for commuters”
Timberland has a lot to offer when it comes to great view. No famous sunset for us because of thunderstorms at night but we had experienced swimming while we are around the clouds. What an experience! A very relaxing view at night too. The only downside is when you are travelling without your own car. Going there is ok since you can ride a grab going up to timberland (but with a generous tip to your driver) i suggest to eide by twos if you will be getting a grab (4 seater). The next problem is going home from there if you do not have your own car/transport. No grab driver will get that ride from the metro. Taxi rate is like an airport rate. 600 for 6-7kms. Hows that? Again, it is understandable but not budget friendly. You can request for a taxi from the reception and may take up at least an hour to pick you up. So if you have plans in the next 2 hours after check out, you better check out early and request for a taxi. In our case, we walked. It took us 1hr and 15mins to Biker's Cafe. If you will be doing this, make sure you have a proper shoes and not so much baggages. Then you can book a grab from there. a lot of steep curves and somehow it is an open road so be ready with your umbrella. But overall experience, superb! We enjoyed our stays plus the downhill walk. Staffs are very friendly and helpful as well. I hope these comments may be able to help you.

Complete package for a staycation: Good location (very near QC), value for money, rooms are large and clean, facilities are good too (pools, billiards), good food, and attentive staffs. A nice choice for a quick getaway. We'll be back soon.

Been here several times and as always superb customer service! 101% 👏🏻👏🏻 From guards, reception, housekeeping and Ridge cafe staff (kudos to JohnMar, Jonna & Joshua) they're all polite and accommodating. Location is also good since it is just an hour away from Metro. Fantastic view and relaxing. Facilities are also good. The stay is really worth it and will definitely booked again.
