Thank you very much to the staff and owner, we booked 3 rooms for my brother's wedding preparation. The caretaker is very accommodating, she even woke up in the middle of the night to assist us. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Thank you very much again :D

The place is quiet and very private. Had a problem with the bathroom lighting, but otherwise, it was a pleasant short stay. Parking was a little of a hassle but manageable.

Misleading”
This is a RedDoorz establishment. The Leaf House occupies 4 rooms from RedDoorz as I was told. We were not given any contact info for when we need something. Awful transition. Theres coackroaches and mosquitoes. On Day 2 toilet clogged. Shower curtain was moldy. Bath towel had stains and pubic hair. Never booking here again nor any RedDoorz hotels.

hello ! very sorry about your experience staying at the leaf house. though we have confirmed the shower curtains to be old and have since replaced all of them. i dont know about the mosquito and insects.. we xant find any but fogged the room after you left for good measure. toilet clogging seems to be you dumping almost a full roll and expecting it to flush down. no toilet can handle that . we do have 4 rooms allocated to another company, none of which was thenroom you stayed in . towels had little dots but havebsince been replaced

we arrived at the facility around 930pm.The gate to the compound was locked.Rang the manual bell and the electronic door bell for several minutes but no one came to the gate.The electronic keypad by the gate was out of order.There was no contact number on my booking details to get in touch with.We ended up looking for a different hotel to spend the night in.Definitely not a good experience for tired travellers!

very sorry about this. the app for us owners on the agoda extranet is always down. we cant send check in information to our booked guests, we cant do anything . even now we are trying to communicate withnbooked guests, the system always says its not working . very sorry about your experience.

I booked a deluxe room. When I checked in, the staff told me no deluxe room available and gave me a smaller room. I booked 4 nights but the staff knocked on my door disturbed my rest asking me to check out 1 day early, because she mistakenly thought I only booked 3 nights.

Look nice on picture. Leaky faucet, rotten wood flooring, single row parking. Staff will wake you up in the middle of the night to move your car if your car is behind the car of a guest leaving the premises. Linen is not clean too.

Worst Accomodarion ever!”
Pros! Nothing at all Cons! We were given a rm in the basement with lots of cockroaches which enters beneath the door the ceiling was too low like 6ft and i am 5’11” you could not even take a bath properly coz of the low ceiling and norrow bathroom!!! The rm with only 2 pillows looks so dirty and the smell was terrible! Not only that i’ve waited for almost 30 mins outside the gate of the hotel coz no one is opening the gate! And another huge hassle was the parking lot which is you need to double park you car so if someone is going outside you need to keep of going out just to remove you car and i did it for 4 times! And early morning the staff wake me up just to remove my car coz someone is going out!!! Worstever

very sorry about your experience. the day you arrived , all the rooms were booked forcing us to use the roomsbyou were assigned to. we have since fogged the surrounding areas and re laundered the pillows and beddings. again our sincerest apologies.
