We had booked The Leela Mumbai for a staycation and we had a great time at the property. The rooms were clean with all the facilities. Would like to thank and give a special mention about Siddhesh Iyer who arranged for a cake for my friends birthday and made it more special and also delighted us with other requests like late check-out etc. Must also appreciate the housekeeping staff - very quick, proactive and good. The breakfast as always was the best one and something i always recommend to my friends as well. Planning for a staycation or a long holiday - Do check out Leela guys :)

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Mr. Gomes for the hospitality and assistance. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The best hotel we’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. This is an awesome place to be. The room, the facilities, the ambience, the service, the staff and the FOOD are all touching perfection. I had a ball. There's multiple restaurants and you'll be left to think which one was better. A silly point to make, but hot water rushed out of the shower and the taps in no time. So there was no waiting and no wastage. The pool looked beautiful to say the least bit is closed as of now. The campus is as good as it can be and as huge as it can be; there's space everywhere.

Location: Adjacent to Airport so best for the 1-2 days travelers. Service & Behaviour: Every single person from the Gatekeeper to Hotel Reception to Duty Manager to Room Service know the value of your time. I couldn't find a single time of interaction with hotel staff, where I didn't have the best service. Special Mention: I faced an issue with my flight, and had to come back to the hotel. I wanted to have my room back till the next morning till 12. Since I already checked out I was worried that I will have to pay again for the night. However, Aayushi (Central Reservation) & Akshay Patil (Duty Manager) listened to me patiently, understood the situation and with-in minutes comforted me. I got my room back, for that they walked an extra mile for approval and all; without telling me the hassle they are going thru. I cannot expect more than that from any service industry. I really thank these two people here.

I got amazing deal from Agoda.. Thank you agoda for being such sweet to me on my birthday.. I would recommend the leela mumbai royal Club experience.. Leela is best when it comes to hospitality .. So convenient to reach it is beside international airport .. Mr. Gomes is manager of Royal club Check in and check out process is super fast.. Multiple and mouthwatering food options are there ... 24* 7 lounge facility is main attraction.. Must try this place U will love it..

The hotel lobby and as well as rooms are very well maintained and renovated. A lot of care was taken by the housekeeping to clean the room despite us staying for only one day. Being an occasion, we were upgraded to the pool facing room and also provided with a small cake. Highly recommended !

The fact that this hotel is away from the city noise and has a beauty parlour and hair salon within its building made it a top choice for me. I was in India for a wedding and needed to look good. Leena and her team were excellent in pampering me while working their magic in making me look good!

Brilliant Service in a beautiful hotel ”
The service you get is beyond what you pay for. We even checked in 3 hours early without any complaint, due to our stupidity of not adjusting time to Mumbai time we woke up late and missed breakfast and ended up checking out late, they did not ask a question and did not charge us for anything, Tarranum the manager knew we were rushing out and offered us a takeaway breakfast pack which was very thoughtful and appreciated, I would definitely recommend the Leela to all and will definitely be returning to stay here!!

Leela is luxury at its best. My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast the most. Pool is good and nice outdoor space with lot of plants and trees. The fountain adds to the beauty. Staff is polite and facilities are great. Andheri Beach hardly 5 to 6 kms. All in all would definitely stay again.
