Weekday vacay @The Manor”
We will definitely come back again to The Manor! This is our first Family trip to Baguio, and we really enjoyed the stay for the weekday vacation. Kiddos said they love the experience, the room, the playground, Forest and garden view, food, and next time they will try the Arts and Crafts and Camping. I personally choose the superior room forest view for our room accommodations because of the quitter ambiance which is perfect for a more relaxing vibe. No need for air-conditioning because of the fresh cool breeze of the air outside. Staffs are very nice, happy and accommodating to assist us. Le Chef's served great food esp. the pastries. The room was clean, and the Garden view is great! Looking forward to their other Amenities such as Beauty and Wellness and Fitness.

Weekend at The Manor”
We had a great weekend stay at The Manor. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. I appreciated the ff: welcoming, helpful, and polite staff spacious and comfortable rooms good-smelling towels, fluffy pillows complementary good night snacks, strawberries, and slice of birthday cake (i told them we were celebrating my son’s birthday) delicious and well-presented food (we had set menu dinner and buffet breakfast at Le Chef) well-maintained grounds and play ground A few suggestions for improvement: soundproof rooms (we can hear people talking in the hallway) replace old hair dryers (the one in our room only worked for a few minutes then stopped) inspect water pipes in shower (ours leaked when shower is turned on; it wasn’t an inconvenience but it was wasteful) reserve parking for checked in guests especially when there is an event (there was a party when we were there and there was confusion about where checked in guests would park bec the parking lots were full). All in all, a great stay and we will surely return.

“It’s so much fun!” This is the exact words coming from my two-year old son whenever we talk about our awesome experience at The Manor. Our room was spacious and very comfortable - perfect for the celebration of my son’s birthday and Father’s Day. The food and services are excellent. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the grounds are well maintained with great views perfect for the kids. We wish we had more time to stay there. We plan on returning for another staycation. Cozy, friendly staff, nicest place to stay in Baguio ”
We arrived on a Sunday, a lot of people checking out. Busy busy for everyone. It took us 1 hr to get seated in the hotel restaurant and got our food. It's understandable because of peak hours. Lechon bagnet was my favorite in the restaurant 🥰 Staff were friendly, and very helpful. Cozy beds, clean rooms, picturesque garden. I really said to myself that if I would go back to Baguio then I would definitely be staying here because of the Christmas Theme though the rate is 2x from other hotel nearby but it's really worth every penny that I paid for it.. and it really made me feel like I am in other country... and the best part of my stay was when I left my Gold Necklace and found out it was missing 2 days after I checked out. I called the hotel and viola they have it and they got it delivered all the way to Cebu.. thank you so much The Manor! Highly recommended!

Great Hotel except the lack of Air Conditioner and altered ceiling fan speed (level 1)”
We had a great stay except for when the sun rises since our room is where the sun hits in the morning. The room feels like a sauna in the morning. Less hot in the afternoon but it’s still hot despite having tge windows open. The curtains doesn’t deflect the sunlight, it absorbs it so we can’t retain the night room temp (80F). The speed of the ceiling fan is intentionally altered to speed LEVEL 1. I will not recommend staying at this hotel during summer time. I think the only thing that’s preventing me from giving the place 3 stars is the Christmas activities that my daughter enjoyed at night and some of the friendly staff. Valet is 5 stars. Other than that, it will be a solid 3 stars for me. Food is better than most places. Dinner Buffet is $30, Breakast is $20/ person. Average food price is $10, alcoholic drinks $5. They serve espresso at the piano bar in the morning and the ladies were amazing. Massage range from $35-$100. We will consider going back next year for Xmas or new year IF they have AC installed :)

Place is great. Clean and spacious room, wonderful view. We were waitlisted for dinner as they had full reservations due to Valentines event, but thankfully we were accommodated. Enjoyed the food and the overall ambiance. Would love to visit once again.

Best place to get xmas vibes”
So lucky to get a flash deal for xmas eve at this hotel just one week before xmas (it's always sold out since couple months ago, good thing I did not give up and keep on checking it!), though we couldn't get a garden view room, but overall the hotel is really one of the best to celebrate xmas. The xmas decoration is soooo lovely, I couldn't stop taking pictures in every corner of the hotel. The room is spacious enough for 4 of us (with 2 kids age 6 and 8y old). The price of mini bar and snacks are not expensive. We also got a lovely xmas hampers. If you can get a garden view room esp during xmas seasons, don't think twice!

Uncomparable to Baguio Country Club”
The Manor at Camp John Hay is just over the top. Excellent service, VERY polite staff, well-trained personnel, very good ambiance, good food. Quite pricey, but you get what you pay for. We transferred from a superior room to a deluxe with a balcony with ease. There was a little problem during check-in since they could not see our Agoda confirmed booking, but it was figured out within a few minutes. After our stay, we transferred to Baguio Country Club as it was my first time trying BCC. One Manor staff said BCC is better, but it was the other way around. The Manor is incomparable to BCC. BCC is VERY chaotic, and it was the worst 5-star hotel lobby I've experienced. There were a few staff who were unpolite and even hangups the phone. So if you are choosing between BCC and The Manor, 100% I recommend The Manor. When we arrived at The Manor, they were shooting for an ad, so the ad director was quite impatient as we were in the lobby checking in. But no harm done. I will definitely recommend it.

We originally got the superior garden view but our room was randomly selected and upgraded! The view was spectacular and the space was so homey. We had a great time. Everything was clean too. Good Breather”
Our 2N&3D- stay is about to end tomorrow. The hotel is full and I was not able to request adjoining rooms. I tried to email and contact agents assigned by the hotel (in Agoda) right after my booking last June 25, but all three names and email given did not reply back. I emailed and messaged (FB messenger) the hotel directly but to no avail. We're 6 in the family and booked 3 rooms (1 large and 2 double rooms). The two rooms are situated in the farthest area of the hotel, while our room is just near the elevator. Good thing my children are older (24 , the oldest and 16, the youngest). All in all our stay is very good.

The 1 BR executive suite was really big. The room is clean and well maintained. The staff were very accomodating and were kind enough to allow our request for late checkout. The ambiance inside The Manor was really cozy and the outdoor area was very serene. Overall we had a lovely stay.
