I would like a refund on my booking for the maple hotel. When I arrived the taxi driver was concerned I was staying there alone . another taxi driver told me there is a half way house next door a third told e girls use or for customers and you have to share bathrooms . It was not as pictured dirty and very unkept outside the paint was grubby and coming if the walls . I cancelled my stay there but I could not get my money back over £200.00 booked into another hotel . I did not stay at the Maple and would like a refund . I was there in Liverpool as my daughter was having an operation in the women’s hospital near by the Maple . I hope do hear from someone soon x

The staff were friendly enough, but as they say you pay your money and you take your chance. Yes it is "budget" accommodation, but it is very tired, for example a wall half painted, a bedside lamp at the side of your bed but nowhere to pug it in. A Bit out on a limb, considering it was room only. Bedding clean enough but for one night it ticked my box.
