In need of renovation!”
Stayed at The Midst (two floor houses), at the Royal Hills resort. The houses have been build around 2012, but haven’t been maintained since. Paint is falling off, dirty, broken tiles, strange positioning of furniture, dirty dishes. The view on the golf course is very nice, however clearly it has seen better days. The Spa is overpriced, and also a bit tired. Staff was friendly. If you don’t like playing golf, I would skip it, and wait for an upgrade.

Good place for family and group of friends ”
I spent 3 days 2 nights on year end with family 4 people. This place suited to our lifestyle for relax in peaceful place and weather is nice. We love to enjoy breakfast outside resort area and looking for famous local foods , we don’t care much about wifi coz we are on own mobile network. Only major one thing in our concerning is about some necessary equipment didn’t work properly such as 2nd bedroom’s restroom door can’t lock. If this problem can be solved out, it must be very nice place.

ที่พักตั้งอยู่ใน Royal Hill Golf Resort บรรกายาศรอบด้าน และวิวสวยมากค่ะ เราพักแบบ 1 หลัง (คล้าย Town Home) 2 ห้องนอน สถานที่กว้างขวางมาก ห้องนอนอยู่ชั้น 2 ทั้งสองห้อง TMD18 ห้องนอนหลักวิวสวยมากค่ะ แต่บันไดจากชั้นล่างขึ้นชั้นบน ค่อนข้างสูง หากพาผู้สูงอายุและเด็กเล็กไปควรระวังเรื่องความปลอดภัย มีครัว ไมโครเวฟ ให้สะดวกมาก ซื้อของมาทำมื้อเช้าทานเองได้ ทำบาร์บีคิวทานกันได้ อันนี้ไม่แน่ใจว่ามีทุกหลังไหมนะคะ แต่แอร์ตรงประตูทางเข้ามีน้ำหยดวันรุ่งขึ้นที่เดินทางกลับค่ะ เรื่องอื่นๆ โดยรวมโอเค เทียบกับราคาสำหรับเรา ถ้าไม่มีที่ทำบาร์บีคิวกับครัวรู้สึกแพงไปนิดนึง

ผิดหวัง กับการเข้าใช้บริการมาก ทางreception บอกว่าที่พักนี้ไม่ใช้ของ Royal Hills แต่อุปกรณ์ในที่พักคือเขียนว่า Royal Hills สรุปฉันพักที่ไหน Agoda หลอกลวงหรือว่าที่พักแค่ปัดความรับผิดชอบ เข้าที่พักเวลา18.00 ยังไม่มีการทำความสะอาดที่พัก ต้องมานั่งรอหน้าห้อง เพื่อทำความสะอาด ขอเปลี่ยนห้องพักก็ไม่ได้ เสร็จ19.30 ????มาตรฐานโรงแรมอยู่ไหนคะ โรงแรมปัดความรับผิดชอบ เสียเวลารอทำความสะอาด แล้วจะตั้งว่าสามารถเข้าที่พักตั้งแต่14.00น.ทำไม เรียกร้องกับเวลาที่เสียไปได้บ้างไหม….😤 ไม่เคยเจอเหตุการณ์ที่แย่แบบนี้ ผิดหวังมาก
