Best service from day one til we went home! ”
We arrived early in the morning due to flight delay. We were assisted by the frontdesk staff with our request with no hesitations. The next day they informed us that our request was granted. Thank you for a very good customer service!!! Kudos to you! The room was clean and the bed was so soft plus we had 4 pillows for two persons! It was indeed one of our best stays in manila❤️❤️❤️ will surely recommend ❤️❤️❤️ 10 stars isn't enough, they deserve more!

I was quite impressed with the hotel. The hotel’s location is walkable to many malls and restaurants. My room was big enough for a solo traveller, it’s clean and well-maintained. My only gripe was the lack of a small working table and a boiling kettle otherwise this is a good hotel overall. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is budget conscious but still want a comfortable stay.

To be honest, I was a little hesitant in booking with this hotel at first as it seems like its more expensive than any other hotels around Salcedo Makati. But, there was no regret at all! I swear the staffs are helpful and very kind! When we arrived at the hotel to check-in, I didn't noticed that I dropped my folder which consists of important papers including my passport in front of the hotel. (Big big thanks also to kuya Grab driver for being so attentive na he surrendered my folder sa hotel conceirge manager, sir Rhod). At the time that I noticed I lost my folder, I immediately went to the guard and he then endorsed me to the hotel front desk. Yun pala, sir Rhod was already asking front desk to review their CCTV footage for them be able to know who owns the folder and make sure they hand it to the correct person. THANK YOUUU SO MUCH!!! After that, early check in kasi kami but wasn't able to inform them at least a day before our arrival man lang sana.. So we waited for almost 2 hours which is I consider as my fault, hehe. But then again, to the rescue talaga si conceirge manager for asking front desk staff and housekeeping staff from time to time if there's any available room for us to occupy na. Again, THANK YOUUU! +++ Super hospitable ng other hotel staffs. They greet each guest, "good morning / good afternoon / good evening", they offer help in carrying your bags whether big luggage or hand carry pa yan! The room is clean din despite the instant early check-in! Haha. Bastaaaa, over all experience, 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 🤎🤎🤎

The place is so accessible!”
We had a great stay at the hotel. It has a great view. The room is quite small, smaller that what is seen in the pictures but still good enough for our entire stay. The are so accommodating to my request. I requested flat iron and table and chair that they immediately sent to our room. Upon check out, they were so helpful for extending a hand to carry our luggage downstairs. Overall, our stay in the hotel was great!

The rooms are clean. My room was supposed to have a city view. At the arrival I was given a room that had a view of the nearby building's wall. Fortunately the hotel manager accepted to give me a room on the other side so I could see the city. The only issue was the totally unwise, unscientific mask wearing exercise, which is of course encouraged by the corrupt politicians. Wise up people and do not stop breathing fresh air for the illusion of what you are told to do. Similarly gym and swimming pool were shut after 6pm or so, which I find ridiculous as that's the time for using these facilities. Overall I liked the hotel.

Honest and helpful staffs”
I forgot my wedding ring when I checked out of my room. I was 2 blocks away when I remembered and hurried back to the hotel. The staffs were really helpful even though they were busy with the checkin queue. After around 15 minutes of anxiously waiting, a cleaning staff handed me my wedding ring. Thank you very much! My wife would have killed me and you guys saved my life!

Unintentional annual stay”
This time in 2021, I also stayed at The Mini Suites for a workation. This year, I stayed here again and it's amazing how the service has remained in impeccable. Check in lines are becoming longer which doesn't bother me as this means things are slowly getting back to normal. We had trouble getting the air-conditioning cooler in our room but the staff gladly assisted us to fix the issue. I love also that parking is not a bother and fee is waived for guests. Will definitely stay here again, and I'm starting to think I should stay at The Mini Suites again during this time and make this a tradition. :)

Exceptional Staff”
The room was as it looked like on the photo. It was clean, comfortable, set at a good price. Special mention to the staff during my check-out on Dec. 31, 2020 14:00-15:00. When I got to the reception to check-out, there was a kerfuffle going on with a couple of Chinese tourists arguing about their room. They were raising their voices so everyone in the area could hear that they wanted to check-in together in one room. The hotel staff informed them that they needed to provide certain documents as per government policy (mandatory quarantine). They could not show any documents and loudened their voices more, arguing that in another hotel, it was permitted. Despite their pressure, the hotel staff was still polite to them but did not budge and still adhered to the government quarantine policy. Although it was a stressful situation, I was pleased that they did not succumb to pressure, fellow Filipino or not, which is important to have to keep all guests safe during this pandemic. Thank you, to the manager on duty, Mr. Rod, and I think the name of the receptionist was Princess. Keep up the good work, keeping and letting us guests feel safe.

Surprisingly good place to stay in the heart of Makati with reasonable price!”
Stayed for 3D and 2N at this Hotel with my husband and 8 year-old daughter. The value for money is amazing, actually surprising considering it is located in the heart of Makati. Don't expect a room like that of a 5-star hotel but if want to experience hotel feels (comfortable sheets and cold air condition) without spending way too much, this is one great place to check in with. We particularly love their big pool too!

Best Option Ever”
Originally I booked for only 1 day of stay but I really appreciate the effort of Sir Alvin, the receptionist. I really want to commend him. He is very accommodating. I supposed to check in by around 2pm(well that is the actual check in in all hotels) however I told him that I need a room to stay because i had no sleep. He gave me available room by 12:30.I ended up booking my extension of 1night stay because because I love how accommodating all the staff of The Mini Suites. I love the overall 2night stay in mini suites. All of my requests are granted. The housekeeping are also good. I love the swimming pool and gym. Definitely when i go back to Makati i will choose this hotel again.it is so accessible to all.
