Nice and close to a couple of supermarkets, regular bus service just up the street. Cosy flat, comfortable beds and pillows
The only negative I would say is the lack of seating in lounge for more than 2 adults, otherwise was ideal

A great place to stay in Edinburgh”

Gill was a great host, with clear and helpful information throughout. The location was perfect for us, as we were visiting Murrayfield. The property was a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram station (Murrayfield), so handy for both the airport and the city, and less than 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket.

Fantastic location on the edge of the city, brilliant transport links. Comfy beds, had everything we needed. Super quiet. Close to supermarket.
While the area is a little run down, we felt safe there. Older apartment, but the owner has done a fantastic job.

Superb”

A lovely apartment well equipped and maintained. Gill the owner was super helpful and ensured we had everything we need. Excellent bus service into city centre with bus stop practically at your door. Would definitely recommend this apartment it was lovely and Gill is a lovely lady to deal with. Thanks again Gill for everything hopefully we will visit again.

A well equipped flat - very clean
The flat is in an undesirable area. We arrived and our neighbour was sat on the doorstep smoking cannabis and drinking. The flat is on the first floor - the communal area is awful - dark, dirty and old fashioned - it wasn’t what we were expecting! Parking the car on the road was difficult - we did find a space - but awoke the next day to see that one of our tyres was flat - when we went to have it repaired - we were told it had been damaged deliberately probably with a screwdriver - we had to get another tyre - £185 We also didn’t like the glass door in the bathroom - no privacy! Need a black out blind in the bedroom - thin white blind - we were awake early each morning the room was so light

We were made to feel very welcome, with excellent communication from the owner. The apartment is light and airy, well equipped and comfortable. There is free parking on the street outside and with very easy access to the city centre by bus. Also two supermarkets a couple of minutes away. Would stay here again.

Nice flat , bus station only 2 minutes from flat, Aldi market 200m. Easy connection to city centre. I would recommend to max 3 people if you like to stay longer. Nice and clean flat.
First look to the house when we open main door was surprise. Dark color of painting especially when we arrived late.

Would happily stay again. Our host was very accommodating and was in communication regularly.”

Location was perfect. The apartment is in a quiet building in a nice neighborhood a short bus ride from all that Edinburgh has to offer.
Parking could have been an issue if we hadn't been lucky both times we had to park. Upon arrival we had to go around the block a couple of times but were thrilled when we got a spot just doors down from the building.

Superb”

Lovely apartment, really good value for money - everything we could possibly have needed was provided. Comfortable and homely. Friendly obliging property owner plus convenient lock box situation to get they key outside the building. Would definitely recommend. The four of us had a comfortable stay and slept well - a walk away from the city centre so convenient too.
