The Staff were friendly specially Hamza who tried to help me. Also Housekeeping staff were nice. When I arrived at 3pm and completed the Check-In process which was in 3:15pm, they told me that the room needs around 20-25 mistunes. I was waiting for around 1 hour waiting for the room :(. when I entered the room, the floor was wet, I guess this because they've just finished the cleaning. I was OK with it, but after while, a bad smell come out from the flooring. I asked the housekeeping to come with air freasher and they respond in few minutes. I went out and comeback midnight, the smell was less and I put perfum to change the smell. I think you should look at the cleaning tools to avoid such issues. Another issue was also about the cleaning. I tried to use the extra blanket that was available in the dressing room. when I opened it, it was full of hair. different types of hair. I wasn't comfortable at all to sleep. I supposed to check-out at 3pm next day, but I checked-out early morning

We arrived at 12 pm .. They kept us till 3 pm to check in and they see that we have a baby of 6 months old which need immediate attention.. even tho they didnt care to give us the room till 3 pm.

Modern hotel with huge rooms, very remote and quiet. Breakfast was average. Management seemed rude to the employees. Pool area service was slow.

Beautiful resort, very clean and modern. All the staff are extremely friendly and have great attention to detail, they remember your room number, what temperature you want your water, how you like your coffee. The pool area is stunning and sun beds are amazingly comfortable. The rooms are bright and comfortable.

المنتجع بشكل عام ممتاز جداً صح شوي غالي بس تكفيك الاطلاله علي البحر من البلكونه والموظفين بالكامل ودودين ومحترمين جداً جداً الكل يحاول يخدمك .. الفطور عندهم اسلوب خاص فيهم تطلب وانت عالطاوله ك وجبات رئيسية وللساعه 11 البحر قريب مشي 5 دقايق واذا تريد تغير جو متوفره سياره قولف صغيره في الخدمة 24 ساعه توصلك للبحر او اي مكان داخل المنتجع بشكل عام يستاهل يومين ابو نفرين 😘
