It's seems a bit pricey but in El Nido almost everything is. This was affordable compared to other lodgings nearby it. It was also a bit hard to find but no other challenges after that. Just a walking distance from the starting point for island hopping. The host also allowed late check-out which was very much appreciated and we were able to cook dinner and have early morning coffee using their appliances.

Thank you po to Kuya Lorenzo and his wife! Super affordable, clean and lapit ng place sa tour area. We were able to cook our food in their place, a small market is just beside the rooms where you can buy seafood in the morning. Next time po uli!

It is the ONLY place in El Nido!”
Located near below the lofty limestone cliffs, The Only Place Inn is one of the best place we have stayed in at El Nido, and we have stayed in several places around EN during our more than a dozen visits. The owners are caring, the unit we had is the Family detached with own kitchen (a novelty in EN), with sala, 32" TV, clean bathroom, separate bedroom with really comfortable beds, cold working AC. They have generator during the 1 hour electric downtime townwide. The unit is big enough for 7 persons. Ministores just beside the unit, water station, travel agencies, the seaside is stone throw away. Transport aplenty. The public market offers affordable fresh seafood to cook at the kitchen, great facility since EN does not have much option for food trippers. We feasted on fresh seafood that we cooked during our whole 3 nights stay at this place. The owner is very courteous and very honest. We left a purse with credit card, debit card, cash and IDs and they sent it to us to Puerto Princesa on the same day before our flight. We were impressed! Highly recommended. Thank you so much The Only Place - El Nido for a perfect vacation!

The cost of living in El Nido is quite expensive, but renting this place offers a value for money especially if you're on a budget. I suggest you bring your own bath towel since not everyone in the group can have a towel provided there. Hosts are nice, responsive and accommodating. House is about 5-minute-walk away from the port.

Pros: -Host is very accomodating. Will help you on all your inquiries about El Nido like restos to eat to, where to buy stuffs, etc. -Value for money indeed! -You can cook your food. They have available stoves and utensils. Cons: -Quite far from center but walking is managaeble. -Water supply is somehow inconsistent. -Need to double check if there are bed bugs since our family got bitten on last night of our stay. We had so many rashes all over our body. :( Overall, place is still worth recommending. Thanks!
