Thank you the oracle staff for being so accommodating. We stayed here for almost a week for an exam, they were all very accommodating to our requests. Breakfast is good and location is accessible to other resto and convenience stores. The the room's light is a little dim but I just made it work. Overall, my experience is good!

They tried their best, given the unfavorable circumstances”
I would commend the staff of Oracle Hotel for giving their best shot to accommodate the request of the customer. In my case, I requested for an early check in because I have an 11 am class. I made it just in time. However, I overlooked to express that I requested for a twin bed. By the time I finished my class at 2 pm, it was then I noticed the room had a double bed. I let it pass, anyway. The bathroom is clean and provides sufficient space, although the amenities provided are only soap, toothbrush set, toilet paper, and shampoo. The breakfast is good. Overall, for the price I paid, it was a fairly good experience.

Rooms have no windows. Bathroom was poorly designed. But service is great, despite lack of manpower. If you need a place to stay while visiting your kids enrolled at ADMU, then this is the place. Just ask for a room with windows!

Nice and clean, value for money. Free breakfast in our booking but they did not serve breakfast. We were also placed in a room along CP Garcia avenue and I was not able to sleep due to vehicle noises. Poor front dest service I guess. No orientation etc etc. just collect fees and youre on your own.

Good location, bad facilities”
The location was good. But that’s it. We go a 2 BR suite from January 9-12 for a family of 3. The hotel itself was not kept well. There were a lot of cockroaches in the room. The room hd a very big living room without any TV and just a small couch. There were 2 small rooms with a small TV each by the foot of the bed. No exhaust in the bathroom so when we checked in, the room smelled funky. The kitchenette has a small sink just a few inches away from the stove. There’s an overhead exhaust without any pipes leading out. There’s just an exhaust that will repurpose your smoke inside the room. The microwave is so old and faulty that a 3-minute cooking time for popcorn will take 5-6 minutes. Ref had to be replaced because there were cockroaches going in and out of the ref. No or wrong info given on breakfast buffet or ala carte. The hotel is too pricey for the kind of service provided, facilities given and condition of the rooms. There are better but cheaper hotels within the area.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE BEEN”
First time I checked in in a hotel where I was no able to have a goodnight sleep. The sound of vehicle was terrible. They should have made their rooms along katipunan sound proof. I suggest the owner should sleep at room 802... to experience the terrible noise 24/7...... I wasted 6k plus for a very very very terrible experience
