Great and Friendly Staff. Room is clean and the bathroom has toiletries ready. Near Santolan Town Plaza Mall just turn left after exiting the hotel and it is a 3 minute walk

very OLD!!! furniture are dilapidated, towels and linens are worn out, gray colored already from originally white color by the looks of things you'd think the place is dirty. Would not recommend for family travellers. We were not comfortable with our sleep, the place is along the highway.

The bed is the only thing positive I can say about the place. My room lacked coffee packets, slippers and even a bathmat (which are mandatory amenities for hotel rooms)! Vinyl floorboards are not orderly and there was no hot water available. The aircon was noisy and do note that there is no cable TV available, only ABS CBN TV Plus - don't expect HBO or Nat Geo. No wifi in the rooms so you need to proceed to the lobby to access internet. Place needs refurbishments. Will not recommend this place. Look for other properties.

you will very dissapointed to book this hotel. First thing No Wifi, lousy receptionist and its not worth it for him to be called a receptionist! 2nd no elevator,3rd the hall way smells like cat shit! very dirty its like 2months the floor is not wipe or mopped! 4th the water dispenser is very dirty! okay let's talk about the room! first thing no rubbish bin! 2nd the aircon is very dirty the air filter is full of dust and dirt! 3rd the telephone is very old and very dirty and dusty it's like 2 year never been clean! the bed is so old and mybwife complains about the linens its like never been washed! lastly the window! the locke is broken! anyone in the other room can jump on your room! its not worth it! find another hotel trust me!

The bathroom is so dirty and to much dust and the sink specialy the hot cold shower is very slow. The lobby is so dirty. And the wifi is no good we are in the 3rd flor but you need to stay in the lobby so you can used the wifi. They need more in provement.

Quaint Hotel with 5 star service”
the orange place hotel in san juan was confusing to find given the address. it doesn't look much from the outside but as you step inside, it feel's like you're not in san juan anymore. the lobby is warm and cozy and everybody is extremely friendly and accommodating. the rooms are nice but definitely need maintenance. if you have the stamina, i would recommend the rooms on the third floor. they seem least used and are in top condition. over all, our stay was satisfactory.

very convenient hotel”
The Orange Hotel is a budget hotel with good ambience. The hotel personnel were very accommodating and prompt in giving services. During the first day, we requested that the two rooms we have booked should be adjacent because one room was in the first floor and the other one was at the third floor. Though they were not able to grant the request on the first day, they made an effort to address our concerns on the second day. It's location and the amiable staff gives an added experience during our stay in the hotel. I suggest however, that the free breakfast should be convertible to equivalent food especially for those guests taking the early flight. The hotel chef reports at 6:00 a.m. and no brown bagging of food is allowed for companions of the other guests in case they were not able to eat their breakfast because of early flight.

Small rooms but lovely hotel and very clean”
was looking for a place that was reasonably priced to stay for the night. orange place is a charming little hotel tucked in the central city of san juan. the room is small but very clean with tasteful interiors. the tv was not working properly and we had the room on the ground floor so it was a bit noisy, but only during the busy hours. the dining area is very charming and had the feel of a small neighborhood cafe. will definitely be back.

we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others who have business in san juan as we had relatives nearby. the staff is outstanding which we appreciated very much for room service and transportation assistance. might note the street is busy with traffic noise, but that didnt bother us,, just a sign of the times that the city is alive and vibrant. breakfast moderate. egg, rice, sausage or corn beef. overall very pleasurable would definitely stay again.

Orange Hotel is strategically located to greenhills shopping center and to nearby health or business centers along Annapolis Sts. The staff are very flexible in terms of requests for transfer to rooms when we requested for groundfloor location due to health reasons. They also regularly attend to guests needs up to providing the guests with a ride to taxi whenever we go out. There is also a restaurant although it does not offer 24 hours service due to unavailability of the chef during nighttime. We also appreciate the staff for being honest. They returned to us those things we left at the previous rooms when we were transferred to the groundfloor.

Perfectly fine. Location is great since it is very near to my meetingplaces. Value for money is reasonable. On hotel cleanliness, there is always a room for improvement esp on linens. Staff were friendly and accommodating despite of my early arrival from an international flight. Thank you Orange Place Hotel and see you again. =)

A place like home but need some improvements”
The accomodation and service of the staff in orange palce hotel makes you experience like your in your own home..since the hotel is old already some of the furnitures and fixtures needs some renovation and repair..Resonable price for comfy place to stay..a little noise outside because of the jeepneys and dogs barking all day..but overall my son and i enjoy our stay even we just spent a night..very near with everything you need..and great breakfast with freshly brewed coffee
