Room was very spacious and clean”
Lovely hotel, with nice bar and lovely outside seating and garden area. Stayed room 402, very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Good sized bathroom with nice shower. Only downside to this hotel is the breakfast which we didn't have, taking one look at it, all buffet and really not worth £15, hot food warmers were like warm, shame really..

Had a great overnight stay here with my boyfriend. The staff were so lovely and great facilities with good value for money!! Think the only thing to improve would be that our tv wasn’t working so well as kept cutting out, otherwise was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone.

Spotless room, great staff ”
Room was much bigger than anticipated; especially for London so that was a pleasant surprise. Room was spotlessly clean Reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. Free wifi! Nice surprise to have complimentary magazines in the room. Aircon only seemed to blow out hot air. Breakfast was not worth the price. Bacon was not edible, not a true reflection of a full English. But the restaurant staff were quick and polite.

Great hotel ”
Hi the location was a 7 minute walk from two central underground stops. Supermarkets were a short walk away. We had an executive triple room which was large and very clean. Only problem was that the air condition was VERY loud (not the silent type) and could not keep it on at night. We could not adjust the room temperature. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

The front desk Malay lady was very pleasant and helpful at check-in. I got a smallish but comfy corner room. Supermarket just around the corner so easy to pick up refreshments. I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel.

Hot and no restaurant? ”
The restaurant inside the building isn’t owned by the hotel, and the staff in the restaurant are so rude, looked cheap compared to the rest. In addition the air con in our room was broken and we were sweating all night, wasn’t enjoyable at all

Our fourth time here”
My wife and I keep coming back to this hotel. Good central location. Short walk to Underground station. Driver taking us to airport was very friendly and gave us a good amount of information.

Good sized room but spoilt by being far too hot”
Friendly welcome on arrival. Spacious room with a bathroom "upstairs", good room safe but only 5 hangers in the wardrobe. By breakfast on the 2nd morning, both toasters were broken and so we were unable to have any toast. However, the biggest complaint was the heat in the room. It was very hot when we arrived and so we turned on what we thought was the air con. It was still like an oven when we returned from our night out and, on going down to Reception, we were advised that the heating had not been turned over to the air con so we were, in fact, blasting out hot air. We were given a fan for the room but even on full, the room was still incredibly hot and very uncomfortable for sleeping and, indeed, just sitting in. It was a shame because this spoilt the overall experience.

We recently stayed at Park City Grand plaza, good location and fairly close to tube stations via a short walk. Room was smaller than expected but clean and fairly well equipped however the air con wasn’t working and it was insanely hot in the room. A fan had been provided but it was still so hot and uncomfortable especially at night. Sky box was in room but no power cable and the stereo provided wasn’t connected to the speakers. Staff were friendly when we asked them anything. Didn’t use restaurant so can’t comment on that.

The location is on , relatively close to the tube. When we arrived air conditioning didn't work , they changed the room.

Atrocious attitude by management when I had no heat at all in my bedroom all night”
2 night stay & 2 bedrooms, my bedroom was cold & I increased the temp control & went out with my family. When I ret the room still cold & took my meds for MS & retired to bed. I was very cold & woke up several times! No blankets in the wardrobe. Had to use my coat but still cold. My daughters 40th birthday & rang on my mob to reception as room phone didn’t work. Told guy would arrive immediately some 50 mins after I had to go down to rec. my room 200b., fuse req. I returned to the room & bott wine left which was not accepted & Agnes extremely unhelpful and not willing to refund one nights stay & her word final, no consideration or care just full of her importance & my room not fit for a nights sleep. Basics not provided
