Perfect Hotel for Universal Studios”
The best hotel after a tiring day at the park, or for getting ahead of the lines very early in the morning. Better yet, book for 2 nights so you can explore the hotel amenities and Universal city walk on the 2nd day. The rooms were very clean and up-to-date. Beds and pillows were soft. Lots of options for breakfast for adults and kids. The staff were very attentive and kind enough to suggest the luggage transfer service of Lawson when we did not make it in time for the in-house transfer of the hotel. Would definitely come back if we were to visit USJ again.

Perfect location”
Right outside the park gates, there are Lawson’s at both entrances from the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable, perfect for 2 nights near universal. The one downside is there is no free early check-in, I was asked to pay pretty much a night’s rate to check in at noon. I do appreciate people with a 2 day or day and a half pass to the park might use this to their advantage rather than book 2 nights. The hotel could have a dedicated working area or at least get some outlets in the lobby, there is nowhere really equipped to wait out a few hours before check in

Wonderful hotel ”
The location of the hotel was superb, just a min walk away from the main entrance of USJ. Staff were all very friendly and patient when attending to us. The hotel lobby was very grand and nice with a time traveling theme. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The view of the park from the room was amazing. The one and only down side would be the pipes in the toilet. It was quite noisy at night but I Would still recommend this place to everyone I know!

The view of the park can't be beat”
we booked this place because of the location. We checked in a day before our scheduled visit to USJ and the room and the view made us even more excited. You can see the whole park. even the entrance at the front so you can even monitor the queues when the park opens. The room is clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and accommodating. We wish we could've stayed longer! Next time we go back to USJ, we'd be staying here again :)

Best hotel during our stay in Japan”
I was in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, and think that this hotel is the best one we had. We booked a 4 beds room, and turns out it has the best view as it directly above the Universal Studio. The room doesn't feel small and stuffy, despite the 4 beds, because it is efficiently located. We are very impressed with the well designed toilet, and the amount of small amenities they provide in the bathroom (from shaving cream to hairbands) as well as the very nice toiletries they provide. When you decide to play hard at the Universal Studio, this is the best hotel as it is conveniently 1 minute walk away from the front gate and directly facing the rows of restaurants and convenient stores.

perfect location in USJ”
Location is perfect and just a 2 minute walk from Universal City JR station and 7-10 min walk from the Universal City Airport Limousine Bus Stop and 2 min walk to USJ park entrance. There are also 3 Lawson stores nearby all within 1-3 min walk and also a supermarket within 5 min walk. We had a room facing USJ and it was a bonus to see the Wizarding World lights and sound show 3x (at 6:30pm, 6:40pm and 6:50pm) every night from our hotel room. We also got a room just infront of the vending machine, ice dispenser and microwave oven. We love this hotel and we will definitely stay here again.

Would absolutely stay here again! Fantastic location, 100m to train station on one side and 100m to Universal Studios on the other! A wonderful Plaza full of many food options, convenience stores and shops right at the door step. A beautiful, comfortable & clean hotel with a superb buffet breakfast. Can Highly recommend this hotel.

My kids love this hotel”
Location is perfect especially if you plan to go to Universal Studios. It’s just a few meters away. Outside the hotel was the Osaka City walk where there are a lot of options to dine in. There are also shops, convenience store, and drugstore. The room was clean and bigger compared to other hotels in Japan. Staff were very helpful. My kids love it!

Grand and gorgeous hotel, with seamless check-in service despite us arriving in the dead of night at 2330hrs. Room was ready and clean, lots of space to accommodate two huge luggages. Bathroom came with a nice bathtub & several amenities. Enjoyed my stay, was very near USJ and lots of food options!

Stayed for 2 nights to visit USJ - was so close we could walk out and it was the front of the park! Many restaurants and conbini made it very good to stay in the area. Room was spacious and clean!

Great hotel, great location”
The location is literally in front of Universal Studios and in the middle of Universal City Walk. It was nice to have a short walk back to our room after our day at Universal Studios. There are many restaurant options around the hotel, which is convenient. The hotel itself has a restaurant which we utilized for breakfast everyday. The room we had was a standard size and we had 3 beds. They provided bottled water daily, and lots of toiletries! I 100% recommend the hotel and have no complaints.

Good location for USJ Trip”
I love this hotel as it was in front of the USJ. Our room was big and beautiful. They also granted our request to have a great view of the city. And a room on a high floor. They gave us a corner room which is very nice as we have different views of the city above. I highly recommended it will stay again here. And also it is a walking distance to universal city station and universal citywalk mall. So lots of restaurants nearby.

My room was spacious, been given a room that slightly facing USJ which was great as my sister n i didnt expected it. It was really awesome to have that view. Walking distance to USJ, convienience store, trains which makes everything easier since we bring big begs LoL XD. Would definitelY recommend this hotel to family & friends. And yes will definitely stay in this hotel again on our next visit. Much Love ^^

Universal Studios Hotel”
Awesome hotel. The room was great and the staff are very friendly and willing to assist you as best as possible. The cleaning staff did an amazing job everyday, providing us with water each day for the duration of our stay to include the bathrobes/ towels and toiletries. The only negative was the minor strains in the walls other than that it was a great room. Be advised there are no English channels available on the TV. Last note, the 2F has a coin operated self laundry and luggage storage lockers facilities. If you arrive early the 3F main lobby will hold your luggage until your check in time of 1500(3pm). I had the pleasure of having my luggage being delivered to the room and waiting there once we checked in.

Booked the park front room and was able to see the coaster ride and Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle from room! Great selection of eateries at City Walk which the hotel is located in! Family Mart outlets within hotel and next to train station. Eggs & Things restaurant which is connected with the hotel serves up nice breakfast!

Hotel is literally in front of USJ entrance, with lots of shops and restaurants all around. Red Lobster, which has a halal menu is just beside the hotel. Very comfortable and huge room for our family of four! Highly recommended!

BEST LOCATION IF YOU ARE GOING TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS JAPAN”
Nearest Hotel to Universal Studios Japan. Hotel reception was really nice to allow us to place our luggage with them at 12pm while we headed off to USJ and the staff checked in for us later at 2-3pm. You should only stay here for one day if you are looking to go to USJ and want the convenience. If you are visiting the Osaka city centre and touristy spots, you should look elsewhere.

Awesome Hotel”
The location is Fanta to easily access shops, Resturaunts and park entrance. We were able to leave our bags at reception before checking in and head into universal studios and when we came back to check in after our day at USJ our bags were already in our room. Bathroom and Family bedroom was top notch and wonderful view of the park at night. Service was first class.

Beautiful hotel. We had the park view on floor 20 with nice views! There’s a lot to do around the hotel, staff are really friendly, and you are guaranteed USJ tickets if you’re staying at the hotel. Staff also held our luggage for the day after check our free of charge. Would stay there again!
