Easy access and great view”
I stayed in a park view room and I had a great view of both the Victoria habour and the Victoria Park. It was definitely worth the money for such view. Location is the great since it is at one of the core shopping areas on HK island. Shops and food are great and easy to find. Also staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Nice hotel in Hong Kong”
The hotel internet is fast, location is perfect, next to windsor house, many restaurants and in the heart of Hong Kong. The bed is queen size - it is okay for 2 people but when you have a 5 year old kid in between, it can be a bit squeezy for all. The room size is spacious in comparison to many other Hong Kong hotels . I really like this hotel and have stayed here many times and highly recommend it.

Lively environment very accessible in everything. Conceirge personnel are helpful when asked about transportation. Even Housekeeping gives a warm greeting when we cross in the hallway. Secured elevator with only key access to the floor. Bath towels are clean and very white wouldn’t hesitate to use. When they say family room it is really fit for the family. This will definitely be one of my top choices of hotel when going Hong Kong.

Location was excellent, minutes to MTR and shopping. Doormen were excellent! Help you hail a cab and instructs the driver where your destination is. Best for guests who cant speak the local language. Hotel rooms do seem aged and would be great if some renovation is done.
