The location of hotel is average. Overall hotel is good . Morning breakfast is awesome with many options. Food quality was genuine with good price point, justify the quality.Hotel was neat and clean, staff behaviour is good. During my stay I couldn’t enjoy WiFi connection and even TV was not get recharged after the request. It seems they are not taking customer request seriously. Overall , I was satisfied. Can go ahead with booking.

We had booked 2 rooms for double occupancy, one was ok, the other one did not have functioning lights/electricity, but the hotel expected us to stay in that. After we protested, they gave us a room on a different floor, where we could see that the bedsheets had not been changed. The bathroom was very small and looked like it was added to the room as an "afterthought". The staff tried their best to help out, but there wasn't much they could do given the situation/available options.

I enjoyed my stay with my family. All the staff members are very nice and very helpful. Food is very good. Cleanliness excellent. Very approachable. Infact I recommended two more families who were worried and were searching for an accommodation. Rooms are big and well maintained.

It's good hotel for the price”
It's a good hotel with big clean rooms and clean bathroom. The food was good as well. The location is also nice away from there hustle bustle of police bazaar. The only thing they could improve with is the hiring of more staff because order could not be delivered on time especially at night time
