This mini-hotel, on a "mini-hotel lane" of several other mini-hotels, is an acceptable choice. It gives you the basics of what you need: clean room, AC, wi-fi, comfortable bed, shower with hot water, staff with (some) English proficiency. If you need other amenities, like cable TV, elevator (lift), in-hotel food, etc., you should choose a more expensive full-service hotel. Otherwise, this mini-hotel is a match for a budget traveler.

We had a very bad experience with them. We arrived around 7PM and our room was given away but they contacted a hotel around the corner and we could sleep in a very dirty and stinky room but we didn't complained because we were just happy to have a place to sleep. The next morning when i woke up i received an Email from Agoda with a NO-SHOW information from the Hotel and i was charged the full amount + cancelation of the trip... first time something like this happend. Talking to the staff was not really helpful some of them didn't understand english and the "boss" said it's our fault because we didn't check-in at 2pm.

We had a room on the 3d étage with "city"view. As it is located in a very small street (which a positive point as there is also less noise by night) the city view is more a view on the building in front (very close) and some random roof. The bedroom was nice, though there was some small ants. The bathroom was clean enough for our taste. The hotel is really well located as it is on a side street a few step away from all central touristic place. The staff is kind and can help you book a trip. An advice though is to compare the prices with internet as for the same prestation sometimes you can find cheaper online. Though we booked a trip to sapa with them and as we had trouble with the night bus (the company of the night bus provided us the worst place possible in this bus) they kindly call them and make them provide us the best places on the way back. Needless as to say the staff is helpful, the location is great, the prices are fine. Just do not expect too much. For us it was was fine.

We came in the morning, before the check-in hour and they didn't have our room available so they provided us with a better room which was very kind of them. Later on, we decided to stay one more night. We were said to change the room (still fine as we didn't pay for the other room). And then, the problem started. Our new room was near all the AC machines (room 503). The noise was so loud that we coudn't sleep (not even in earplugs). The noise was high pitch, truly unbearable to stand. Hence, we called the reception, but they told us they coudn't do anything about It and they would fix it next day (when we were gone). Besides that, the staff didnt speak a good english, it was hard to communicate with them. Breakfast was not assorted but enough. Actually, it wasn't clear what was for breakfast. No Menú, no english verbal offer either. All in all, the relation

no lift. 100+ stairs to the sixth floor. can be tough for older people or people with luggage. clean enough although there were ants in the room. location is good.

It’s location is quiet convenient, but room facilities are poor. Room is smelly because of no windows. Bathroom is not very clean and shower neck holder was broken. There was no shower curtain. The reception didn’t properly look like what inn/hotels should be.

Hôtel bien situé dans old Town tout peut se faire à pied. La chambre est plutôt simple mais on était au 6eme étage dans ascenseur et notre fenêtre ne fermait pas.
