Great Hotel”

Fabulous Art Deco hotel. Great location and really lovely staff. Room was compact but was very comfortable and had everything we needed - comfy double bed, nightstands, comfy chair and table and a dressing table with tv and tea and coffee facilities. Spacious wardrobe with proper hangers. Compact bathroom with a powerful shower. All very clean too. Even though there was a Christmas party night, we enjoyed a nice nightcap in the bar - very lovely reception, lobby and bar area and once in the room we didn't hear anything at all so really good soundproofing. Fab nights sleep followed by a great cooked breakfast.

Fabulous stay”

Ideal location, we were greeted by the concierge the hotel location is in the the centre of Leeds, check is was flawless, fast and efficient . We booked the evening before in a comfort room it was newly renovated every thing was brand new and sparking we had a bath and over shower toiletries were supplied. The ambiance was warm and welcoming around the hotel, service is the bar was outstanding it was like stepping back in time. We parked in the q parking at 1 Swinegate safe and secure parking we paid at hotel reception it was at a reduced rate. Thank you for an outstanding stay.

Beautiful Hotel”

I loved everything about this hotel. It started with checking in. Georgina at the front desk was very helpful and quickly dealt with a problem I had. My room was first rate, clean, quiet, very comfy bed. Bathroom could use more counter space. Restaurant was outstanding! Delicious food, great staff. Libby the manager was incredibly attentive. Close to the train station. Close to any number of other restaurants/pubs/breweries. Overall, an excellent experience at a great hotel.

Perfect for city centre exploring ”

Beautiful hotel, central location, discounted parking at the multi-storey car park around the corner. Breakfast had a good selection. Very quiet to say how central you are. Beautiful bar area with lovely selection of cocktails on offer. Will most definitely be back and recommending to others!

Great location & Refurb”

Having visited prior to the refurbishment I’m glad to say it’s been money well spent. Nice stylish modern room. The attached bar is pretty lively and fun. Probably won’t find a better a better location for the train station.

Central Location and Great Staff”

Nothing wrong whatsoever with our stay, but we had booked a cosy room and there was no full length mirror and for a lady to then dry their hair you could only just get the hairdryer to reach to be able to see in bathroom mirror.
