The best one hotel in the city. We felt like home here. Ideal for couple, solo tour or business group. Incredibly good service coupled with budget friendly staycation. F&B were awesome. Superb locational advantages and exceptional cleanliness. We will stay here again.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. It is also coupled with high state of security. F&B was amazing. Couples will enjoy it's calm environment and superb privacy. In my personal note, this is very budget friendly and affordable even for the mid-income people.

Basic but clean”
Don't expect great facilities, but the basics are there. The swimming pool is too small to actually swim, and the breakfast has a modest choice but is good enough. The internet connection is good and the hotel is only 10 minutes walk from loads of good cafes and restaurants. The staff gave good advice on where to get Covid tests, and were generally helpful.

I was a solo female traveller here for 4 nights. The location was great and the staff excellent. Unfortunately I was very sick the whole time I was in Dhaka so I wasn't able to explore much, however I did spend a lot of time in the comfortable bed watching Netflix and ordering room service. A great place to be Ill !!!

PROS: - Offer (one way) free airport transfer - Really friendly staff, clean rooms and nice modern facilities. - Every day there was a small selection of cakes waiting for me on my return to the room - Breakfast selection was fine CONS / Feedback: - Website was down and took a couple of days to get a response to a message sent via their facebook page. I ended up calling to arrange airport pickup which I didn't receive an email confirmation for as requested, but thankfully they were there and the pick up service was great. - Music at breakfast was a bit hyper for my liking and every morning I smacked my knee on the table leg at breakfast due to the placement of the chairs. - leave the a/c at the temperature the guest has set it at. No need to have it so cold! - When a guest hangs their towel, no need to wash / replace it! - No iron in the room

Relocated me to a cheap hotel without informing in advance!”
After booking through Agoda, Raintree sent me an email offering free one way airport pick up to hotel, so I sent the flight details as requested. Guess what? They pickup sent me directly to a Garden Inn hotel instead of Raintree! At GardenInn, the staff informed that Raintree is out of room hence they transfer me here. So that was why the free airport pick up? The Garden Inn was a filthy 2 star hotel at best. The sheets were stained and felt as though it has never been changed for weeks, same as the room condition. The payment condition was "Pay at hotel" hence I paid a slightly lower rate at Garden Inn. Nevertheless, that's not the point here. If I want a cheap hotel, I would not have booked Raintree in the first place. Stay away from Raintree or you will end up having my terrible fate. It also makes me feel that booking through Agoda is not "safe" anymore. I cannot imagine if this happen to me again in the future. Booked 5 star and given a 2 star hotel. Horrible experience.

Felt cheated. Showed up at hotel and they tell me they don't have any rooms for me. Then they put me up at another hotel and take advance for both nights. Later I found out, they failed to inform this other hotel that I needed room for 2 nights. This hotel was at full occupancy the next night. So I had to go through a lot of ordeal without any assistance from Raintree. I would not recommend anyone to stay at Raintree. They are highly unprofessional and only care about money.

I believe the receptionists ave very poor experience, I arranged the taxi but 30 min late so I arranged hotel car for air port becasue I won't be late again. But it was late about 30min again. even they promised car would be ready 15 min earlier than I asked.
