highly recommence this hotel (apartment) , staff are very friendly, helpful- very professional. My luggage was delay but the girl at the receptionist offer help to call the airport to follow up for me. she was a warm, generous and kind-hearted. Very impression with the uniforms at the receptionist - What a lovely and beautiful ao dai- We enjoy our stay and definitely come back if we have chance to visit Viet Nam in future

Really, one of the most luxurious accommodations we've ever stayed in. And staff expertly handles every request. Decor is over the top opulent. It may not be what I'd choose for my home, but as a vacation stay it's joyful. Most of all, the accommodations and facilities are comfortable - spacious, spotless, quiet and all high quality linens, towels, amenities. A bargain for what we got. Highly recommended.

I was generally satisfied.What's unfortunate is the smell of bedding and carpet on the floor, the air purifier was broken, and the smell of humid mold was the worst.Instead, I liked the staff because they were so kind.

The Reverie Residence is without doubt the finest hotel / serviced apartment facility in Ho Chi Minh and I hesitate to say in all of Vietnam. It is quite simply exquisite in the level of detail of the property facilities and the staff service is outstanding. I have stayed here many times and will continue to return. I thought Park Hyatt Saigon was Number 1 but I have changed my mind 100% after direct comparisons between the 2 properties.

Worth every penny. I felt royalty the moment I started my trip. They called and reassure that I will have a first class transportation from the airport to the hotel. Room services were excellent and exceptional prices. I know to some of you the price may be expensive, but I had to pay $9 for a tiny (not full size) can of Sprite in Banyan Tree Seoul. It was an excellent trip and treats. Thank you to Reverie staffs and see you very soon.

Excellent hotel with all the trimmings you expect from a 6 star hotel. The residence was approx 95sq mtr with stunning views looming down the river. Great location in D 1 and the pool area is very nice after being out in the heat of Saigon it’s always nice to return and refresh around the pool. Staff all excellent and the food in the hotel is all very good. Although not cheap you won’t be disappointed
