Good value for price”
The hotel, located in Nonthaburi, was pretty far out from the city, which I didn't fully realize when I booked it. Otherwise, it was a good, clean hotel, with beautiful wood and a rich feeling, friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. For some reason, my computer couldn't connect to the internet. But perhaps if I had taken it downstairs, the staff may have been able to fix it, I don't know.

My stay was very nice and comfortable. It was the 2nd time I stayed in the The Rich Hotel. I enjoyed fast wi-fi internet in my room, as well as relax dinner at Marina restaurant.

OK, but bland”
I did not have high expectations and therefore was not dissapointed. The Rich is good value for money, but the interior, especially the bathrooms could do with a renovation. The restaurant is also the karaoke bar which means no quiet dinners. The rooms are fitted with large flat screen TVs, but no programs for Westerners. All ion all, it is OK but with no real atmosphere.

No knife in cutlery”
The Rich is good value for money, but that is about all. I have stayed there a number of times, but probably wont be back. Despite asking every morning, almost begging the restaurant manager, there are no knifes available at the breakfast menu. Last time, he suggested to butter my bread with a spoon. What the heck, if that is too hard, don't bother. Also, my laundry came back clam, almost wet. They just hung it into the wardrobe like that. Smarten up, and I might be back.

Room nice and clean but had to move after first night shower hose broken and light bulbs 3 of the 5 not working breakfast in the morning at 8oclock no bread left for toast so only cold Thai food next room twin bedded but all working until we took shower the shower head didn't fit the holder and sprayed the hole room and towels hotel needs a plumber

Rich Hotel in Nonthaburi”
The hotel is located down a side street. It's surroundings are a bit limited. There is a 7-11 store and Thai restaurant 'Cowboy' close by. The place seems to be aimed at Asian tour groups who depart in the morning by coach and return in the evening. The free breakfast was uninspiring and the restaurant staff were busy playing on their mobile phones

I checked out immediately on arrival as I should have booked The Rich BOUTIQUE.I had to transfer to this hotel and pay accordingly.As I did not stay at the Rich hotel I would be grateful if you could refund me accordingly. Thank you.

A bit old hotel but very friendly staffs”
Staffs are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good enough! Location is close to train station about 10 mins with car. A lot of foods at night on the Main Street. Only comments; Hotel room is old, bed and pillows are very hard. The bathroom (shower in the bathtub) very old so it’s look like dirty. Aircon is a bit loud.

Normal hotel option”
Only thing we chose this hotel because it is near to my friend's wedding venue. If you late check out after 12pm then you got to pay 100 baht for every hr stay. The hotel is a bit rundown and toilet is quite dirty overall.

Bad Bad hotel, pet smell room, mold in bathroom”
I checked in to a really dirty room with sewer smell, wear down carpet. I tried to stay in the room for about 3 hours and couldn't take the smell. I called the front deak to change to another room. They let me change to a another room which was a little better but the sewer smell still there. It's 2 am and I stayed until morning. Please do not send anyone there.
