The buggy riders across the resort were so amazing, we were fortunate to ride during our stay with Wahab, Hassan & Osama, they were so welcoming and loved the way they checked with us if we needed anything at our villa. The property is stunning, the staff make your stay more amazing, loved each and every bit of our stay. Definitely visiting back again, InShaaAllah! Wonderful stay in a private villa with pool. The staff is very attentive. You can see desert animals from your pool or bed. You can move around the property with bikes or the staff can drive you with their buggy car. Plenty of activities. Highly recommended

Stayed for 2 nights in January in Rimal enclosed villa. The property was amazing. Staff there treated us so well, especially Sunil, Prasad, Gopal, Lamia, Gabriel and Rita. They're were very courteous and looked into every single request we had. Will recommend the Rimal enclosed pool villa if you want the pool to be completely covered.

For for the money paid it’s not worthy, Better to spend it in any resort in Asia much better and nicer. Starting from receptionist who didn’t explain anything about the facility and how to visit them what we heard all in paper explained !! , moving to the room which was not clean dust everywhere, water temperature not suitable, no complementary welcome gift like fruit salad or chocolate just to feel the meaning of what you paid, furniture is outdated, you need to ask for each single thing room require to enjoy the day away, moreover, I requested specifically for quiet room and ended up accommodated next room with kids all night and morning noisy and falling and slamming doors. restaurant required a booking which again coz the at checkin no one inform us at the end luckily the place was not crowded so we got to set at bar area with lower seats. ( the staff were nice) For breakfast again, we were first to serve and the waitress was totally lost asking us for payment while the room With breakfast !!! Last not least, the surrounding environment was priceless watching all these beautiful animals, was honestly freeing our minds from the hassles in city and all life things. Not to forget to mention the duty manager he apologized for the inconvenience we had and promised to make it for us in next visit if we want too.

First of all I requested a special arrangements as it was my 1 year anniversary and valentines day , no arrangements was done in the room flowers or anything, I arrived to the hotel around 4 and the room supposed to be ready from 3 they gave the room around 5 waited 45 mints for the room reception staff was lost they didn’t seem to know anything when i was talking to them they said they are busy as it alot of guests in the hotel well im a guest too and they started cleaning the room when I arrived to check in which is not mu fault because check in was at 3 and the room wasn’t cheap, we come know to the room or we can say villa it first doors inside the villa doesn’t close they look old and it need maintenance not all of the lights work the lamp beside the bed doesn’t work

Loved the hotel .. the service was amazing, but I would never book through agoda ever again. It’s my first time booking through then I booked a higher room category and I was charged for it and then was surprised at the hotel that the request sent from agoda to them was for the lower room category. Thank god the manager was great and she upgraded our room to get what we paid for
