Great Value for the Price”

this hotel is set within a large golfing resort. the rooms are more like apartments,very spacious with large living room and separate bedroom. ideal for a business traveler as there is a spacious work area in the large living room. it is extremely quiet, other than at breakfast i never saw or heard another guest. the staff are pleasant but unobtrusive. a car is essential, but anyone traveling to this part of thailand would probably have one.

Great golf course, and friendly staff.”

i stayed at this hotel purely so i could play the golf course. the course is in very good condition especially considering it was covered in flood water less than 6 months ago. i think the hotel itself is far too expensive for the standard of room. i paid per night, however i was there to play golf and it was adequate.staff were friendly and helpful and the food was okay too. the resort itself isn't very well sign posted from the local roads and if you're arriving there at night time it's very easy to miss, there's actually a huge sign at the resort entrance but unless it's illuminated which it wasn't when i arrived you'll drive straight past it. i would probably stay again but only because as a guest you are permitted to play the golf course.

Spacious suites, good value for money”

the standard room is in fact a 2 room suite with large separate living room, very comfortably furnished. located within a golf resort, it is set well back from the road and very peaceful and quiet. service is good

A fair place”

As it is in a golf club so the environment is good with trees and fresh air. The parking lots are adequate. The room is spacious. Breakfast is adequate. The staff at dining room are very pleasant, and provide good service. However, there are many things that the hotel needs to improve. The reception staff were not helpful. I arrived at 8.00 p.m.; there was no staff helping with luggages from the limousine until I went back to the reception and told the staff I had luggages and needed help. The lighting in the room was not enough; only 3 light bulbs/lamps. The panel is not clean enough, I saw a few stains. The housekeeping service is not 24/7, I had to ask for a dryer after 8.00 a.m. The furniture was made of wood, and was very old and not clean enough with peelings. The safe box was not working. The shower area was not clean. The hot water was not stable and slow. There was no coffee provided. There was no reliable airport transfer.

Stayed only for one night but facility is not typical of true resort. Dining closes at 8:00 pm and room service only till 9:00 pm. Decent breakfast. Room was very basic but large and beds were very hard. Golf course has mandatory cart rental, thus green fees, caddy and cart was 2,800 bt, which is rather steep. I prefer to walk so am biased in this respect. I suppose if one was traveling on a golf junket, it would suffice but we were traveling as a family and expected a more updated facility with more amenities.

Just "ok" hotel outside of Bangkok.”

The day manager was actually a very good employee, he was courteous and respectful to me at all times. He was a very nice guy who went out of his way to help. Although I vividly remember him wearing slippers with socks on - a little unprofessional. The hotel's breakfast was not very good. It was especially difficult for me to eat 90% of the food becuase it contained pork (which I do not eat under any circumstances due to religion and general disgust). I ended up eating rice and stale eggs every morning so that wasn't fun. I think if they revamped the room and gave a better variety of breakfast the place is not that bad. I give it 7/10 stars in total. Also, it should be noted that this hotel is really far from the airport (about 1 hour). I got into a little spat with the taxi guys who took me to and from the place becuase they were dishonest. Just a word of advice on this issue: it should not cost more than 420-450 Baht each way to this hotel. Anything more than this and you should have issues with the taxi driver.

Badly Managed”

Room is in need of updating. But the worst thing was a man used a key to enter our room in the middle of the night. I heard him enter and shouted, he left. When we complained to staff the next morning no one took our complaint seriously and even speaking to the manager was not much help. I left a letter of complaint but staff really do not seem to care about guests.

Cleared my room before check-out”

I was looking for a clean bed and a location near my friends, so it is ok for me but not for anyone needed to go to Bangkok regularly. What disappointed me was that I was told that I can check-out at 2pm on the last day, but when I get to my room at approx 1:30pm, the room was cleared & clean with all my belongings removed. When I query about it at the reception, no one seem to know where my belongings were, took more than 30 minutes before most of my belongings were recovered, the thing is I know I definitely didn't recover everything, but can't remember every item I have left in the room. I have provided phone number at check in, but was never contacted.

For golfers only”

We where actually choosing this hotel because it was the closest agoda could offer to our mission xmas eve:namely going to and listen to a classical music consert.A suprise it was to find out that we where "prisoners" in the hotel,we had hoped to go for a wlk in the sorrounding,but this would disturb the golfers.so now we know that.Otherwise nice staff,resaurant closed early

Roach infested”

The hotel is very old and run down. The air con was so loud I often thought it was on the verge of blowing up. It and the pure filth of the room kept me up most the night. Roaches greeted us as we exited the elevator to our room. Male staff member ar breakfadt insited on referreing to me as Sir. I am an obvious woman. I corrected him, to which he ignored. I would Never stay at this hotel

Het hotel is gedateerd en het matras was zo hard als marmer. Jammer, want de golfbaan is van prima kwaliteit. Vanuit centrum Bangkok binnen een uur goed aan te rijden.
