Căn hộ mới có 1 giường king và 1 sofa bed,nằm tại tầng 11A tòa nhà Green Bay Garden. 2 mini mart nằm trong tòa nhà Homestay nằm cách bãi biển Marina 10' đi bộ. Cách cầu Bãi Cháy, Sunworld, bến tàu vịnh Hạ Long 10' lái xe. Xung quanh tòa nhà là nhà hàng, coffee shop, cinema, chợ tươi, chợ Cái Dăm, 2 bể bơi thuộc khu BIM, công viên có sân chơi cho các bé, phòng gym. Chúng tôi cung cấp dịch vụ đón khách sân bay và dẫn khách thăm quan xung quanh khu vực, book vé Sunworld, book vé tàu du lịch vịnh.

làSáng ngày 18/6/2022 t có đặt căn hộ, nhận phòng ngày 18 và trả ngày 19/6 với giá 1,3tr thanh toán ngay khi đặt. Tuy nhiên, tới nay t vẫn không nhận được bất kỳ cuộc gọi xác nhận hay hỗ trợ nhận phòng như nào từ chủ căn hộ, số điện thoại chủ căn hộ trên app hoàn toàn không đúng không liên lạc được. Nhắn tin trên app yêu cầu hỗ trợ thì chỉ nhận được những câu trả lời từ phần mềm có sẵn. Rất thất vọng, vừa mất tiền, vừa không được ở. Đây là 1 trải nghiệm quá tệ. Và sẽ không bao giờ đặt qua app này nữa.
