Perfect location, absolutely beautiful ”
We’ll definitely be staying at the Sebel every time we go back to Canberra. It’s so modern, extremely clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. It’s so cheap for the quality of the hotel. There is nothing even slightly negative to say about this place 10/10.

Great location to explore from”
Nice clean hotel. They also offered to store our bikes in their locker room which was great. Short walk to restaurants and bars in Civic district. Easy location to ride out from to explore Canberra and its sights.

Great Central Location”
Great location, near Canberra Centre. Can get parking at Canberra Centre for $10/day (one in/out). Neat and clean. Comfortable beds, we had good views and a small kitchen. Only stayed 2 nights but would stay here again. No pools though, but we were there in winter so didn't need it.

Nice Cossy Hotel”
Family of 3 (2 adults and a 13yr). Plus - hotel is smack bang in the middle of the city, 3min walking distance to Canberra City Mall entrance, Rm had a small kitchenette so we cooked our own brekkie steak & eggs etc with potatoe gem in the rm (bought from Aldi and Coles located inside Mall), lots of pubs left of the City Mall make sure to have a beer at one of the irish pubs good fun, War Memorialis only 3min drive from Mall Carpark. Minus - no parking but sorted that put by parking in Mall carpark overnight and was nice and safe as well. Quick tip park after 6pm and clear before 9am your ticket will be less then $10 weekends its $2 overnight parking even sunday night into Monday morning is $2. Rooms only enough to lay down sleep get up and go youll be bumping into each other if youd be hanging around inside all day. Would definitely return here !!

Convenient location but no onsite parking”
Very convenient location in Canberra city. Walking distance to Canberra centre and Lonsdale St cafes. Room was a typical hotel double room but nice and bed was comfortable. Room has a small kitchenette with an induction cooktop and small sink so good for late night instant noodles as there's no late night food options apart from McDonalds. Only thing is that there is no onsite secure parking. There are very few spots just outside the hotel between the Sebel and Quest that are time limited (until 12 on Saturday and free on Sunday) but will generally always be full. Consider this if driving into or planning to drive around Canberra.

Excellent value for money”
Rooms have been renovated, with the latest furnishings and fittings. The kitchenette is well equipped, including all coffee pod machine, toaster and microwave oven. The utensils are comprehensive enough to make and have dinner for two persons. The bathroom is also newly refurbished. Will look forward to staying again.

Exceptional”
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Sebel, didn't find the parking a problem we managed to get parking at the side in the restricted area and also at Canberra Civic Centre on the Roof Top $14. We also found the staff very helpfull and polite. We will stay there again.

Everything is exceptional, though no free parking but nearby shopping centre offers overnight parking at a low cost. Will stay here again.

The lack of off-street parking was the sole issue for us. The hotel doesn't have it. Everything else was very good.
