Beyond customer service”
We stayed here for 3 nights and on our last night, there's a very unfortunate event that happened. Our things got stolen in the beach area. We left with nothing, but we will always be grateful that we choose to stay here. Hotel staffs were really helpful and kind to us. We really didn't expect that in times of need, these people never hesitate to help us especially Mar who even bought us dinner from his own pocket. These people makes us to still be grateful despite of what happened. Will always recommend this hotel and never stop sharing how their staff cares for their guest. Also would like to commend the hotel itself, the room. The food. The service. Everything is worth the price. Kudos again to the management of The Sitio Boracay Villas and Suites. Will definitely stay here again. And will always choose to stay here. God Bless. 😊

Great stay. Worth the price”
My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at Sitio. It was clean, very close to the beach and it was affordable. What we loved most was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Things to improve is the water pressure of the shower because it’s not the strongest but it will do. Also be sure to not lock your key inside your room because they don’t have a duplicate. Overall, budget friendly, clean and great staff.

The place is tucked in a quiet nook in Station 1. It's right behind the church in Bulabog. There are local stores nearby where you can buy snacks at local prices. Convenient, as it's a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff were very accommodating , and the pool side ambiance where you have your breakfast is nice.

additional menu for breakfast( 6 choices lang sya yung iba not available sa list), add landline phone para pwedeng magpadeliver ng pagkain, ang hirap din kasing kontakin yung receptionist thru cellphone. add a meal Dinner & Lunch para if tinatamad lumabas pwedeng umorder na lang sa loob. add a main light for room madilim kasi masyado kahit i open pa yung lahat ng light, di makita yung sarili sa may salamin, di naman pwedeng i-open yung window kasi makikita yung loob ng room. have some slippers para naka stay lang yung ginagamit na slipper sa isang lugar. sa may banyo din medyo naiimbak yung tubig gawa nang di naabot ng butas yung mga tubig na nakaimbak. But Then Im satified pa din kami nung nag stay kami sa Sitio. :) Improvement na lang talaga :)

Boracay stay”
A nice small hotel, it was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Safes in the room would have been nice, but the place seemed pretty secure, you have to ask for your rooms to be cleaned as they won’t enter without your permission. There were no problems with the hotel, but what we didn’t know is that the station 1 area is under reconstruction ,with many places pulled down or being rebuilt, if we had of known this we would have stayed in station 2 or 3

Not so far from beach. Very peaceful, staff are accommodating. Good place for couple, family or even group of friends. 😊 The breakfast are good. 😊 Highly recommended this place.

Good Hotel”
The staff were very courteous and helpful and the food is decent. They just don’t have a food menu available for room service. It’s just 3-minutes walk to the beachfront and Willy’s rock which is good but really far from DMall, we had to commute or walk 15-20 minutes to go to station 2 to get some stuff/food. Overall, good hotel but won’t consider staying there again. Thank you though.

Pros Located in a residential area. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and close to stores, a pharmacy, and affordable food. Laundry service near by. The staff was excellent. They were friendly and attentive. Cons pool closed, no phone in room, I stayed in a room that smelled of mold, leak from aircon wet my bag, and loose wooden panel under bathroom sink that kept falling out.
