The place was awesome, clean, perfect location, walking distance to absolutely everything. It had everything you need, the host and the team were super responsive.
I couldn’t seem to figure out the heating system, even after we set the timer and everything, the place was still pretty cold but I’m sure it was probably us not doing something right.

The best place to explore Edinburgh”

The location was perfect. We figured it out later what position it was. Easy to come from the airport, easy to get to all city attractions. Just two minutes walking to a great pub ‘World’s end’!!The apartment was cosy, warm, super clean, there were spare blankets, good WiFi. If you are into cooking you would be happy cooking your meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable (the mattress rocks!) Thank you very much.

Take only if you are a party of 3 and only care about location.”

Location was the only saving grace of this property.
1. Wifi was really really bad. It's was 2 Mbps with which you can't stream any video. So if you decide to stay in cuz you are tired, then good luck keeping yourself entertained. 2. Not enough space for more than 3 people. We were 3 adults and an infant and felt it was too small. Baby cot was also not provided when we requested. The property was advertised to accommodate 4 adults.

The location was fantastic. The flat was spacious.
No hob for the whole trip, lack of heating and hot water on the first night, kitchen cupboard below sink needs replacing, bathroom extractor fan was full of dust so wasn't extracting anything, only 1 window in the flat was able to be opened, TV aerial didn't work and the entrance hall stairwell was poorly lit (even during the day).

A good and comfortable base for exploring the city.”

The convenience for all the things we wanted to see in Edinburgh, and the facilities provided for a comfortable home from home. The kitchen was well equipped and the level of heating was constant - and very welcome.
Despite the impressive efforts of the young technician who was sent to rectify the TV, it did not work properly and he said a new aerial was needed. Although we didn't plan to watch a lot of TV, we would have liked to watch the news. Also - a minor niggle - very little toilet paper was provided, so that we had to buy more, and the bath/shower should have been provided with a non-slip mat as the bath wasn't really slip-proof. Better lighting on the stair well would also have been welcome.

A nice warm flat in the center of the city.”

The location was excellent, just in the heart of Edinburgh. The flat, the rooms and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Although it was very cold outside and it was snowing for all our stay, the flat was very warm. Overall, it was a nice stay and if they fix their internet problem, I will definetely return.
The internet was really slow almost for our entire stay. Only the last day it had been fixed.
