Excellent hotel in perfect location”
We booked here as we were flying into Stansted and the national express bus brings you to just around the corner. Location could not have been better for getting to/from the airport, reight next to westfield for restaurants and shopping and minutes away from all transport links for getting into London. The hotel was great, modern, clean and spacious rooms - 3 adults sharing and we each had a very comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Staff were very friendly. Heard no noise from the street or downstairs bar. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed this on both mornings. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay with everything you need”
Had a great few days staying during business trip. Location is ideal with lots of transport links across London whilst also a short walk from the lovely Olympic Village and Park. The hotel has everything you need from wonderful lobby area for meetings and workspace to excellent food and drinks menu and the room itself was high quality. The on-site gym was impressive and a definite upgrade on any others I've used before. All the staff were brilliant and I felt completely looked after for the entirety. I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Knowing the location well the hotel is perfectly positioned for easy links across London whilst local to the wonderful Olympic Park and Village. The hotel itself offers a lovely stay, the room was high quality whilst the lobby area is perfect atmosphere for working in-between meetings. All the staff were superb and I felt totally looked after through the duration. Look forward to staying again on the next trip.

Amazing hotel. Great service from The Stratford as per usual. Always do their best to provide you with the best service. Had an issue with room, and was immediately moved and upgraded. Fantastic location, so close to the tube with links into central London within 20 mins.

Lovely hotel”
I stayed in a Double Double with 2 children under 10, and the room was a great space for us and my partner could of stayed too. The rooms are clean, bathroom a good size with walk in shower and I had a good night's sleep with the clouds for duvets! There is plenty of wardrobe space and there are dressing gowns, slippers and even hoodies to wear. Coffee machine was cute and snacks if you need them. Unfortunately we was place at the back of the hotel in room 401 so had the trainline/Westfield depot view. What I didn't like was the TV. We was there as our home was being decorated so necessities like the TV were important. I don't understand why they just don't have "freeview" so there is at least the basic UK TV channels but a lot of the Sky channels did not work. As for the bathroom I wish they gave more toiletries. I was excited as they work with REN, a great beauty brand but all you get is body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They are fixed to the wall of the shower so if you wanted to quickly wash your hair over the bath, you can't unless you bring your own. Plus the quality of these products are not great at all, my hair was very dry afterwards. Other than that, the staff were polite and helpful. We didn't use the breakfast or restaurants so with Westfield so close there are cheaper options. I felt safe as you need a room card to use the lifts. You are paying for luxury and you definitely feel that about the place without it being snobby.

Checkin ”
Checkin was a little bit long winded and we had a mix up with rooms and was placed in another room after checking in time. This then made us late to our Reservation at 5 pm. The one good thing was the hotel offered a private taxi to our reservation which took the stress out of late Checkin.
