We spent new year's eve near Studio 89 and we were with my mom who is a senior and can no longer walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. the room is spacious and very clean. Booked 2 rooms and they made sure it's beside each other. Thanks Studio 89 for a wonderful stay.

Just like to commend the staff of Studio 89 from the staff down to the guards. Very friendly and helpful and accomodating.The hotel was very afforadable. The room was huge and the beds and interior were so nice and comfy! The place was very convenient and the bathroom was huge! They also have freebies and basic toiletries. Also the medical doctor was so helpful! Thank God they had in house Doctor/ Manager that time to help us out! Over all stay was amazing!

Comfortable stay”
We were here for 1 night but it's definitely worth it to stay for more days. Wifi was faster than before. They have tv but some channels aren't working. Also found a red stain on the bed cushion but I didn't mind because it was covered by sheets and it didn't smell. Aircon was very cold and you can adjust if it's too cold. Overall, I would stay here again.

Pros - clean big rooms, attentive receptionist. Cons - security guard not attentive to incoming guests. Bathroom with not nice odor in room 410.

This is a good location especially for students. It is nearby to universities... I like the location which is walking distance to jeepney and trike stations, bank, pharmacies, and stores where one can get basic needs when in vacation.. The room for 4 is spacious and provides comfort for those who stays. Though not perfect, staff are always ready to help and assist...

Christmas Eve staycation”
Staying at Studio 89 residences was totally something i was looking forward to. When we arrived, my expectations were met. The place is clean, the staff are welcoming and accomodating, the facilities may be lacking but what more can i ask for the value of my money. The hotel front desk officer was friendly and cheerful. She made sure our needs were attended immediately. The rooms are spacious, clean, although I suggest to have the type of lights changed because of the poor lighting.

Feel satisfied with my two nights stay, staff were so very accomodating and helpful to assist our needs. Clean room and comfortable beds. Would surely stay here again. Just wish that they will also offer a free breakfast or provide more food variations for the guest. :)

Underrated, high value for money”
The staff were all very accommodating. The room was bigger than expected. Internet was fast and we could work well offsite during our stay. Really good value for money. This place is underrated!

Stayed here for a business trip and is very satisfied! The frontdesk was very helpful in checking us in and helping us with directions. The room is great for the price, clean beds with ample space, tv with yt and netflix. The bathroom is also very clean and has a heater! The loc is also accessible w public transport which is a +++! If ever I come back to qc ill for sure book here again.
