Central location, helpful and courteous staff, clean rooms, and incredibly cheap rooms. The TVs (Android TVs, in fact) were all brand new too! Breakfast was unpretentious-- just a variety of processed meats and scrambled eggs-- but the fact that you're getting all that for less than $25 a night is great.

Reasonably priced, clean facilities, and good location”
The Suites, as always for many years now, is a good choice to stay for emergency situations. Stayed there for 2 nights at the height of Typhoon Odette because I need to work and they have reliable backup power generator and fast internet connection. Best place to stay for Work From Home and Remote Workers as it is reasonably priced. Slept soundly even at the height of the storm. Only to realize trees have been toppled near the hotel blocking the road. Staff are always accommodating and courteous, complimentary breakfast was simple but good, room is spotless and clean with fridge,microwave, water heater and hair dryer all working well. Its very ideal for remote work during brownouts as room had extension cord with usb ports for charging gadgets and work equipment. It has a cute but nice restaurant at the lobby for food orders or you can opt for Grab or Foodpand. Plus it is walking distance to SM, Puregold, Central Market and Bacolod Cathedral. My room also also had Android TV for Youtube and Netflix.

City Stay”
Stayed here instead of 11th street as rates were cheaper. Definitely a good choice! Rooms were clean and spacious enough for my sister and I. Had cute welcome packets with masks and alcohol. Breakfast was packed but more than enough serving which will fill you till lunch. Will definitely recommend this place.

Oerfect for those solo travellers. The room is nice, clean, pleasant and smells good! The staff are accommodating, prompt and friendly and the facilities are nice as well. Its location is near all of the landmarks and tourist destinations in bacolod and what I want about this place is that it is quiet and serene. Will definitely go back to check in again next time I visit Bacolod.

Really enjoyed the hotel’s location. The San Sebastian Cathedral, Bacolod Plaza, Manokan Country and SM is just around the corner, definitely walking distance. The room I was in was new with smart tv and Netflix. I also enjoyed the breakfast! Will definitely comeback!

The room is super fresh smelling and clean. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. Would even call for daily housekeeping of you want your room to be cleaned. The location is near to all of the tourist destinations and easy to find. And the most important is the neighborhood is quiet, you can really rest soundly.

Good location, big & comfy room”
Can't add to the title of the review anymore but the staff at The Suites at Calle Nueva were so nice and warm during my stay. I asked for them to safekeep my bag while I travel around Negros and they did so without any fuss. The bed is EXTREMELY comfortable that it was hard to wake up early. Loved my stay here and will surely be back!

Great value for money”
Location is really good as it is walking distance from SM Mall. Staff are incredibly helpful, even bringing food orders from the opposite restaurant and Grabfood to my room, and giving me cutlery for my Grabfood. The aircon is good and there is water heater for a hot shower. Very good value for money and would come here again when I'm in Bacolod. Breakfast is a classic filipino style breakfast in a bento set which is good for take-out.
