Service at the restaurant when dining”

When taking order, the staff seemed impatient (we were aware there were only 2 staffs handling the resto), we ordered our steaks medium but they came in almost well done, they were hard to chew. And the steak with pie was really salty that I couldn’t finish most of it.

Don't Judge a Book By Its Cover”

This place looks sensational, right? That's fine, until you get inside and find clapped-out, ancient facilties, a property that reeks from end to end of cheap detergent, and rooms that haven't seen a renovation in decades - if ever. Despite its grand appearance and excellent location near the Loch Lomond pier...find somewhere to stay in nearby Arrochar instead.

The hotel is tired and a bit shabby. Breakfast service is slow despite there being very few residents taking breakfast at the set times we had booked for breakfast.

Excellent”

Staff were great, couldn't help enough. England were playing in the World Cup; the staff did everything possible to make sure those that wanted to watch it - could do with seats, decent food etc. They couldn't help you enough. Very impressed; I will be back.
